I’ve ate here multiple times and over the past year the service at this location keeps getting worse. We came here today as a family of five and were seated and 10mins later we still didn’t get a waitress to stop by our table. I asked the hostess and she said she would get someone but after a few more minutes we decided to just leave. Not sure we will be back.disappointing as we really like BWW but management just doesn’t do a good job of training staff or upholding standards.

My bone in wings were great! The sauce selection is great too! My son had boneless and said those were great as well. We came in the afternoon so it wasn’t too busy but the waitress was hard to find when we needed something, otherwise service was good.

Me and my boyfriend ordered honey bbq and asian zing, they didn’t separate them and the asian sauce is all over every honey bbq wing and the chicken strips we ordered as well. would have been nice to at least separate the spicy and non spicy

Had to wait 1hr and a half for appetizer. Another half hrs for main course. My son’s order came out wrong. He ordered a hamburger with mayo, lettuce, pickles and onoins. Came with nothing but meat and bun.My wife’s nachos were cold and the order was wrong. We came to watch a football game and eat but left early cause everything was messed up. We where there for two and a half hrs. Also the tea was unsweetened when we received it after a 20 min wait. The waitress did her best so I gave her a good tip. But I think we will go to chili’s next time cause it was not worth the $80 dollars we spent.

My to-go order was forgotten, brought out cold and the entire staff was rude about their mistakes. I asked for nothing other than fresh food and they staff flocked around like I was a freak show. The manager didn’t care and blamed everything on being too busy and that DoorDash orders took priority as my order took an hour for some chicken strips.

My group stopped in yesterday after the Kstate/OSU game. We were told it would be a 25 min wait. After 45 minutes we went in to see where we were at on the list and were told by the hostess that the kitchen wasn’t allowing any one else to be seated because they were so behind on orders and it would be another hour before they could seat us. We were all so thirsty from being at the game and out in the heat we asked if we could just sit and at least get some water and we would be happy to sit and wait until they were ready to take our order and we were told no. We ended up deciding to leave, among with many other large groups. I bet they lost out on several hundred dollars worth of sales during this period. It’s a college town on game day, you guys should be able to handle a crowd. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Sadly, my bf and I had a not so great experience this time. We went for a lunch date as he was off of work and I had an hour for lunch. We waited 40 mins for two salads. We were one of five tables in the whole dining area. And yeah the salads had chicken strips on them but that still seems long. But it was good, I just wish I didn’t have to shove a few mouthfuls down before going back to work.

My Night to Remember with New Friends and Genuine Vibes and first time ever at BDubs
I visited Stillwater, Oklahoma to celebrate my childhood friend’s graduation with his Master’s degree. It was a meaningful trip that became even more special thanks to an impromptu dinner plan with some of his friends I had met Nalini and Suzi. That night, the mood was light, everyone was dressed up, and there was this unspoken urge to make the most of the evening. I had a car, so I offered to drive and off we went to B-Dubs, just before closing time.
Even that late in the night, the energy at Buffalo Wild Wings was buzzing. It’s not just a sports bar it’s a place that feels alive, welcoming, and friendly. We ordered garlic wings, and I personally went for their boneless wings, which were as flavorful and juicy as you’d expect from B-Dubs. But what turned this night from a dinner into a memory was our host, Miss Katrina.
Katrina was nothing short of wonderful—desirable in presence, full of energy, and purely hospitable. We even struck a conversation that led to a little friendship formed right there at our table. For international students like me, making connections with locals doesn’t come easy. But kind, open-hearted people like her make you feel invited into the American spirit, reminding us that strangers can quickly become a part of your story.
She was gorgeous, humble, and genuine the kind of person who turns service into something memorable. People like her are the unsung magic behind a place’s reputation.
Also, a big shoutout to B-Dubs for running a Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) offer that night! It allowed us to try an additional sauce variety without breaking the bank. Yes, the prices were a little on the higher side for students like us, but that deal balanced it out and made the experience more generous..
