Always love coming here. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. Although they do need to do an upkeep on booths and keep up on cleaning up messes throughout the restaurant. Their chairs and booth seats are broke down badly. You sit in a hole in some of the booths. Never have I come across that issue anywhere. But the food is really good and worth going. This location wasn’t the greatest,but the food was worth going there.

Stopped in Iowa and decided to try this place out. Our waiter did a very good job, stayed on top of everything, and was good at explaining how everything works. I wish there were better lighting inside, but other than that, we had a good experience.

First time going to this location (but I’m a certified Hu Hot expert). First, I was very surprised at how clean the ingredient and sauce tables were. The chef was great and super friendly. I mentioned both these in passing to the manager, who was equally great. 10/10 will be back.

Just got done eating here tonight and the service was excellent! Lonnie was the master chef on the grill cooking our food to perfection, it is excellent Everytime he is serving food. Then there’s Lisa the manager who is always working the floor and checking on the customers she is always friendly and helpful. Lastly our server Chasity was friendly and on top of our drinks during a rush. The communication and atmosphere tonight was excellent.

Great HuHot! Annually, we stop in with a large group and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The buffet items are always filled and the wait staff checks frequently with the table to ensure a great experience.

First time at HuHot Mongolian. The service was great. Our server was awesome. I never had to ask for a refill for my drink. Offered suggestions on which sauces and how much to use. Price was very reasonable considering all you could eat . I will be back again soon!

Went there yesterday to celebrate my 20th birthday with my grandma, the food was good and the grill guy was amazing. My issue comes with who our server was… Kloee (servers name) didn’t check on our table the entire time we were there. We also noticed that the other table across from us had the same server and also barely saw her… we didn’t get refills until we were almost finished with our meals. My other issue is that the entire time we were eating people kept jumping up and watching my table eat… I’ll stick to doordashing from here but I’ll never go back in again.
