I placed my order online and I gotta say how disappointed I am about the amount of food I got. I’ve ordered from O’Charley’s on Airport before and was very happy, but this place in Daphne couldn’t even fill my mashed sweet potatoes halfway up the cup. Instead I got a quarter or a cup and 3 very small pieces of fish. For $16, I feel ripped off. My husband got a smash burger and fries. His order had maybe a handful of fries and everything was greasy. Like they took a cup of grease and just poured it over everything. Needless to say, but there’s no way I’ll be going back to this restaurant. What a horrible experience. We spent $50 on 2 meals and a small unsweet tea. For the quality and portion of what we got, I shouldn’t have even paid $20. Very disappointing.

The restaurant wasn’t very busy so we were seated promptly. Server took our drink orders and brought us rolls to eat while we looked thru the menu. I ordered the seafood feast to try. The crab cakes were very good but so small the shells crumble as you eat it. The shrimp and fish were pretty good. The cole slaw was warm and after 1 bite I didn’t eat any more. For dessert I had the apple cobbler ala mode. It was very small but pretty good. So overall food was just ok. Service was excellent.

Excellent food and service at a decent price. I ordered the 6oz steak and it was delicious. It was cooked as requested and seasoned perfect. My waitress was very nice and checked on me ofter. I will be back here in the near future.

Broccoli was a mushy mess, ribs weren’t very good. It was very slow but it still took us almost an hour to get our dinner. My husband’s fries and Mac and cheese were overcooked and his steak only tasted like butter. The service wasn’t good either. This used to be our family dinner out place but it will be awhile before we go back if we ever do. Hard earned money wasted.

If you have time to waste, this is definitely the place for you. First off, we waited at least 45 minutes to get our food. We asked for the kids meal to be brought out first so that the kids could get fed. That didn’t happen. Our side salads that we ordered, never came out. Our waitresses said she forgot them. Offered no compensation. All of the broccoli ordered between 4 of us, was overcooked and literal mush. The catfish that was ordered looked disgusting and was dripping cooking grease. The coleslaw was definitely spoiled, to the point where it almost made two of us throw up, just tasting it. Even if we wanted to talk to a manager, there wasn’t even one available.
Needless to say, this was not a very enjoyable experience for any of us. We were hoping for a good meal after traveling from Texas. We ended up picking up McDonald’s that was next to our hotel. That was more enjoyable than the bland food and flat drinks at O’Charleys.
Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and dine somewhere else in the area. Hangry LLC out.

Had a nice early afternoon meal on. Relaxing good service with a new waiter. Had a seafood platter and a sirloin steak. Food was good and rolls always a treat.

Food was crazy good! the Louisiana Sirloin was uh-may-zing!! Fam got other meals that were loved by all as well! Highly recommend. Minor downfall was the server was a tad “overwhelmed” and sadly, it showed. He was all over the place and rarely checked in on us. Bonus though, excellent team work with the staff because we did have like 437 different people say hey and ask if we needed anything, lol. We WILL go again, like, soon! no, really, the steak was THAT GOOD!! (also, side note, went back for lunch and had the California Chicken Salad, and oh-em-gooooooodness, lol, so, yep, going again!! I’m gonna get fat here 🙂 almost a given now)

Stop here every time we travel through but never again. 45 min to get chicken strips in an empty restaurant. Cole slaw warm chicken cold. Place has really took a nose dive. Waitress very apologetic but bottom line it was bad.

We had a party of 8, 1st our drinks were not right, we got what we ordered but the tea for some reason was thick and something was floating in it. So we ended up with water. Our food was a no. Out of 8 meals ordered 3 was attempted to be eaten 4 was left on the table and 1 didn’t come until after we asked for our check after being there for about 1 1/2 -2 hours. I don’t know if its was just this O’Charley’s or if all of them are this way. The only plus was our waitress she was very nice. I blame the kitchen staff and whomever made the drinks for this disaster.
