ordered a garlic butter bacon burger paid and employee read my order back to me before handing me my food. Multiple employees standing there laughing as he hands me it, I get home to find a hotdog in my bag am very frustrated seeing as how i paid for a double garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and got a small plain hotdog.

I thought I’d give the big dill deal a shot. 1st, its not a deal. $22 for a double smash burger with maybe 3 pickles on it. Looked like it was just thrown in the box. A small tot that consisted of maybe 10 tots and the picklerita…barely any pickle flavor to it. The one “pickle” in it tasted like an actual cucumber. No where near a pickle. I love pickles….but this whole meal was overpriced and very underwhelming. Plus I sat at the window for a good 15 minutes waiting on this

This is literally the WORST Sonic in VA Beach! The customer service always sucks! You provide your order and its always still wrong. I waited almost 15 mins for two toaster burgers; nothing else was ordered. I said no tomatoes and they still added tomatoes. The bread was cold and barely toasted. And the burger itself was just sloppily put together. But my total was over $15. I will never go to this Sonic ever again!

Sonic is usual great, but this time was awful and a waste of money! I did online ordering and live about 7 minutes away and headed that way once done. I got a double cheeseburger, onion rings, and a bellini slush; my daughter got lg fries, lg mozzarella sticks, and a drink. There was no marinara sauce given and they were not hot at all, my burger and onion rings were cold; my cheese was not melted, the bread was tearing apart like it was stale, the bottom patty was hard like it was just sitting there and the top patty was put on it, 1 pickle was there, 3 pieces of little lettuce, no catsup, and the onion rings were hard as a brick like they were sitting around and had been dropped back in the grease! Totally unacceptable for $24

Ordered the super sonic burrito. The shredded cheese was cold. It was almost as if they had just pulled the cheese out of the freezer. No big deal. I took it home and heated it up in the microwave to melt the cheese. I then decided to open up the burrito to roll it tighter and noticed there was NO meat in the burrito!!!! I called the store serval times with no answer. So, I drove back to the store and gave them the burrito. They replaced it with a new burrito, however, once I got home to eat the burrito I discovered once again there was, NO meat! How do you mess up a burrito twice? So I paid over $7 for a burrito with eggs, tomatoes, jalapeños, and onions

I ordered $16 worth of food last night is 6 burgers in all. Four of the burgers had dried patties in them, they were crunchy. It was like a sold us old food. Last time going here.

Sonic is the only place that places them pickles JUST right! And look how perfectly toasted that bread is! Oh my goodness. I want another! The service was great. The food was perfect and we got our food super fast..both times we ordered lol definitely coming back to this location. Well played Sonic.
