Food was absolutely amazing, 2 soft drinks, 2 cocktails, 2 appetizers, 2 entrees for less than $80 before a tip. $7 for a HUGE bowl of chicharrón, but $10 for two pretzels knots.
Two servers and a bartender were working, blonde server was SO incredibly nice, brunette server (our main server) was very standoffish till the very end and it definitely didn’t seem welcoming.
Bartender was exactly what you’d expect for a good bartender. Super personable!
Everything was fantastic and as a queer couple we definitely felt welcomed for the most part!

We had such an amazing experience at The Public House! I ordered the poutine and it was absolutely delicious—comfort food done perfectly. The menu has so many things I want to come back and try, it’s hard to choose just one. Even though we don’t drink, we never once felt out of place or uncomfortable. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxed, making it a great spot for anyone. Can’t wait for our next visit- how will I ever decide on something new when the poutine was top tier and yet I want everything they have to offer?

I have had a lot of french dips in my life but this is hands down the best french dip I have ever had in my life. My sister had the poutine this time and loved it. All the food here is delicious. A must-make stop during an annual conference I attend nearby from out of town.

Absolutely all around fantastic experience! The food is fresh and SO tasty! The service was amazing, Andrew was SO attentive and he was pretty busy! It was our first time dining at The Public House, we will definitely be back … highly recommend!

I have been here one other time with my mom and brother and couldn’t forget how good the burgers were, so when my friends and I flew in I decided it was a great place for us to fill up. Our plates were empty and we were all satisfied. And enjoyed a delicious blueberry cobbler sour! My friend enjoyed the fact that there were gluten free choices including a delicious beer. Thanks for the hospitality!!

While visiting my son in Colorado Springs, serving in the Air Force at Peterson space force base my wife and I took my son and his girlfriend to the public house for dinner at his recommendation. Service was prompt. The food was very well crafted an excellently presented. Prices were fair And the place was very clean. We were in and out in no time while I had no appetite as I wasn’t feeling great and I just needed dehydrate. Everyone else had full meals with burgers and sides. Everything looked exquisite was steaming hot and served promptly. Our server left after he took our order and I believe it was the owner or manager that completed the order.That wasn’t really an issue. Just something I thought I would mention. Clean place good food recommended

My some decided to bring us here for dinner. And the food was good.
We got here before the place started to fill up.

We were traveling through and looked up great bar restaurants with good ratings, and this place was top of the list! So glad we tried it! Poutine was excellent. Flavor of the meat and gravy were so good. We had the jalapeño burger with an over-easy egg on it, and it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time! We also got the chicken pickle pizza and the flavors were excellent. Never something I would have usually ordered, but definitely worth it! All of the staff were very friendly. Fun bar atmosphere with music but also perfect for families!
