We used to love BurgerFi. They’ve gone downhill completely downhill. I wish I could give them a -5 stars. Everything was greasy, sloppy, raw. They couldn’t even keep their pants up trying to deliver the food.everybody had a attitude from just a terrible crazy expensive $50 for two burgers and fries come on Spent the rest of the day in the bathroom from all the grease all the rawness.

Used to really enjoy this place, but it has absolutely lost its way. Dry crumbly burgers on stale buns. I’ve always enjoyed the creativity of the topping choices but they are missing core principles. They’ve already scaled down in size I wouldn’t be surprised if the next step in the next 24 months is an outright exit. It’s offensive when you charge premium prices and you deliver a product that is so subpar.

I used to love BurgerFi when they were in the building next door. Best burgers and fries ever! But at this new location, they just didn’t seem to be as good. The burger was overcooked and really dried out and the fries were super hard and dark like they had been fried twice.

Love this Burger Fi Altamonte location way more than the Lake Mary location. Always well maintained, clean and they provide great and friendly service. There has not been one time where I was not greeted upon entering.
Be ready to fork over about $20 to 25 per person since most options are a la carte, however last time I came, I believe I saw “combo meals” on their menu- which earns them some serious brownie points, because at times when I have craved BurgerFi, I’ve busted a u-turn and have headed to MCDs for a burger (although it’s no where near the best quality) So I’m glad to see they’re implementing a new menu.
I always recommend the parm fries with truffle aioli and the birthday shake. Only one time was I given a shake here that did not taste right, and it was the sprinkles not the actual shake base. I told the staff during my last visit and she said stated, if I ever have any issues just call and they would comp me on the next visit. Although she was unable to rectify the previous problem; I appreciated her willingness to fix the situation should it happen again.. which it hasn’t.
Definitely think upper management / owners needs to revamp the rewards program, as it is kind of a joke, it would take you spending about $25 per visit, eight times to get a “freebie” – so spend $200+ to get rewarded a $7 shake; just doesn’t add up.
Other than their rewards program needing some help and not enough parking spaces, I would recommend this location and their food to anyone. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Payton was the best. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. I will definitely be going back when she is there. The food was so fresh and tasty. This was the first time having the chicken sliders and the were perfect.

This might be the most disappointing $30 I’ve ever spent on a burger. I was craving a burger, thought I’d try somewhere new so it’s my 1st time ordering food from here and I surely expected more from a “burger place”. A burger, fries and a shake for $30 i expect it to be good right, WRONG. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger and barely any bacon barely any cheese. I added lettuce tomato and onion and burgerfi sauce as you can see from the pics barely any of that too. I thought maybe I’ll bite into and be pleasantly surprised but no still disappointed, very dry very plain burger. I ordered a oreo shake and it was more like a vanilla shake with a sprinkle of oreo on the very bottom. The fries though slightly burnt were perhaps the best part of this meal, added cheese and that was the only slightly satisfying part. I’m not sure how a burger joint messes up a burger but for sure I dereved better than this lol it was unfortunately a complete waste of money today. 🙁

Very clean, fast and friendly service. Excited to have one close to home! Camiere was at the front and greeted us and took our order. She checked in during our meal after bringing our food and overall, we can’t wait to come back!
