Mcdonald’s breakfast what can you say . Had the hotcakes and sausage, ain’t changed any over the years. Manager at the register was great. Just needed a little more help in the morning, seen two employees working. Backed up in the drive up lane. BUT that’s what you get for 15 $$$ employees.

We ordered on the app. Hot cocoa, a mcchicken, two small fries, one four piece nugget, a bbq sauce, and two mcdoubles. It was really cold. We get there and they have absolutely no HOT drinks. They said they hot drinks have been out for weeks. They only had cold drinks. They were out of the pie as a replacement. They did offer a cold drink. They gave a refund for the coco. and put an extra order of fries in the bag. Forgot the sauce. The fries were cold, its the thought that counts. It took a long time to actually get the order. The fries were probably hot when we arrived. ♀️

I had to put one star in order to complete a review. I wouldn’t have even given one star. I ordered my food through the drive thru, they told me to pull forward and someone would bring my food out to me. Fast forward to 25 minutes later, the manager comes out and asks if I was given a receipt. I give it to him, he then apologizes and goes back inside to make my food off of the recipe. I go inside 10 minutes later, my nuggets are still cooking. He then hands me my order. I check to make sure I have everything and leave. I get to my destination ready to eat and this is what I was given. Nasty, old, slimy lettuce on my sandwich. Sooooooo disappointed.

Since the Swap in ownership its been better. The customer service has been nice but the food is never ready on time. Yesterday it took 12 mins to get our mc ribs… that’s not “good food served fast” and both those and the burger were made sloppy. They never fill the fry boxes. This time I actually got soda usually it’s more soda water than soda.

Lady in the drive thru does not know the menu, tried to order the extra value meal 2 snack wrap meal and then proceeded to add in a hot and spicy McChicken to the order. While all of this was happening the server then proceeded to have an attitude when we ask for someone else to take our order and stated “She’s listening to help”.

Hard to get the order right the first time but usually fast service. However I can’t believe how they don’t take any effort in making a simple cheeseburger or how they don’t even give you any sauce for the bland nuggets. They are better with sauce. Can’t get a quick bite nicely without terrible service.

Revision: I rerurned today to find that the store has been remodeled and staffed with friendly, attentive, employees. The dining room and kitchen were clean as well. I willl update my rating, but leave my former comments because they were true at the time.

I came in this place and it’s trashed. Like I literally walked around the store for a place to sit and I had to get napkin at the filthy service/drink counter to clean my table and seat off. My patties weren’t fresh but I’m not picky, maybe you are so just saying. My minute maid slush was more like a drink cause it was seriously lacking ice but I guess that’s the machine fault. And I happen to be an eye catcher but these young workers just staring, then a grill guy came all the way out to the filthy service counter to fill his drink just to take his time to stare harder. BTW I usually don’t do these type of things but they really need to get it together.

It’s typical McDonald’s, but corporate must have forced a remodel on them, and I hate the new look. The staff is polite and helpful. It’s definitely quicker to order through the app and pick up at the counter than to get it delivered to your car or to order after you arrive.

No cashiers up front, no smiling anyone. Some non-smiling manager handed me my food, my burger was upside-down in the box! I was really hoping for a better experience here.
