Service is always great late night at the drive thru. I appreciate folks being friendly even though they are working late. Food quality leaves a little to be desired though. Like other reviewers, I have received food that is not prepared with care pr drowning in cheese sauce.
Taco I received today had half the ingredients outside of the tortilla, almost no lettuce and literally 2 tiny pieces of tomato. Not happy that I paid $4 for a mostly empty tortilla.
Taco bell used to be affordable. If I am paying $10 for $.87 worth of food, I expect it to be prepared properly. Rewards in app are a complete joke. Probably going to Wendy’s across the street next time I want a late night snack.
Edit: decided to give them another chance and almost every single menu item is unavailable. Seems like they are completely out of ground beef. How does this happen?

Worst service ever. Last time they failed to give my all I ordered and made me wait 30min for my order, last 5 times before that they gave me the wrong food each time. I didn’t come back to make them fix it even once. My mom was ahead of me so I called her beautiful in Spanish and they refused service to me. This place is rated below 3 stars for a very valid reason. They blanket refuse service to people who show they are willing to compromise in good faith. Double standards. Look in their window and the place is an utter disaster. The ai can’t comprehend clear English and tries to fight against you to speak to a real person so you gotta give it complex math equations to get it to give up. They pay exorbitant wages yet it’s still not enough for them to have employees only have one job, many of them work two to three jobs leading them to have a short fuse and treat customers like optional obligations. The food quality is inconsistent. The drinks are watered down to an extent where you barely taste the drink. I have never experienced such a poor establishment where I felt I actually needed to put a review on a place. Just utterly disgusting, unwelcoming, unprofessional, unempothetical, unprofessional place of fast food service that could be found anywhere in the Flathead valley. This complaint couldn’t be cleared up if the ceo themselves went undercover boss on the place. Deleting this comment is a clear confirmation of the complaint herein. The 5$ extra of gas it would take to go to the north kalispell tacobell is vastly superior to experiencing even one open minded attempt to visit here. Absolutely shameful.

Horrible food quality, poor service, long wait times, poor wages, impatient staff, dilapidated environment, incorrect food orders, lack of sincerity when they make mistakes, careless packaging, messy kitchen, horrible place. Go to north tacobell for better service and experience. Do better or close down is my suggestion, honestly and outside of personal bias. Poor investment.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The young man who served us was such a nice person. Very talkative and his customer service skills were just amazing. Ill always go at night time if he’s there. Super swell and the food was great as always.

I have a small tomato allergy and was feeling pretty hungry at 9 so i went to taco bell because i enjoyed the Doritos tacos i asked the guy at the window to double check that the meal did not come with tomatoes he assured me they didn’t, so i got my food and drove home i sat down to start eating after a long day. As soon as i open the first taco i see tomatoes and ofcorse im upset and i dont like to be confrontational so if you have any allergies i dont suggest going here they will ignore your food allergies.

Corporate, can we get some quality control over here please? Maybe pay more for employees or training? I don’t know what it is but the food has a faint aftertaste of something, though I can’t pinpoint it… then can we also get a burrito that doesn’t come apart in the middle then have the end fall out of it? I have been eating at Taco Bell for 30 years, and this is a little disappointing. I eat here less and less nowadays, each time I am let down.

Ever since this tacobell reopened they have had the best staff and the most consistent fast good food. Yeah I know it’s tacobell, it’s not healthy….who Flippin cares. I like it. And the new staff thinks I’m funny and laughs at all my stupid nonsense in the drive through. Always happy when I leave there. They even left me a nice note this trip through. Thanks guys!!!

Prices are getting out of hand and the service is sub-par. The automated ordering through the drive through is enough to make you want to just order inside and skip the drive through. Truly a headache to deal with. What a joke.
