Literally the manager here shouldn’t be a manager I came through the drive thru to get food ordered my food. Got home it was all made wrong. So I came back sat in the drive thru waited got to the speaker then the red haired lady tells me she’s not dealing with me through the drive thru even tho I originally came THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU BECAUSE I HAVE 2 young children I get up to the window the manager takes alll the FOOD BACK and the receipt they put on the bag then tells me she’s won’t be refunding my food because I don’t have the original receipt which the receipt that was on my bag had order number all the food items that were in the bag that were incorrect the food was ordered less than 20 mins ago. So now she refused to remake it refused to refund me refused to give me back that food and REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME . Corporate will be called because TACO BELL JUST ROBBED ME & my kids of lunch and 19$

If I could give zero Stars I most definitely would! I purchased a spicy potato soft taco for my grandmother however, she was unable to eat it due to the potatoes being left in the warmer all night long. The potatoes were as hard as a potato chip not to mention the pound of lettuce w only five strands of cheese. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Absolutely unacceptable.

Every time I come here, people are in a bad mood. When they finally finish their order, they just push it aside and chat away, and the food just sits there untouched. If anyone from management reads this, please investigate why there’s so much indifference, especially at this store and among the employees who are usually there! For fast food, they’re incredibly slow!

Got food thrown at my car and got assaulted by a lady worker. She started yelling at us saying that we had to leave because we aren’t from here so we didn’t know it was drive through only it’s like 11 when we went. We didn’t know it was drive through only at this late at night, because ours at home is dine in and drive through. I’m pregnant with my child and I had 3 children in the back of my car. I don’t recommend going super negative experience and negative employees

Stopped at this Taco Bell again and had the usual issue. When I order a cheesy bean and rice burrito, they almost always forget the jalapeno sauce, like the burrito is only meant to have cheese, beans, and rice.
This time I asked for red sauce on three burritos and Diablo sauce on the side. Instead, I got none of it — no red sauce, no jalapeno sauce, and no Diablo packets. Just three dry burritos.
Not the end of the world, but it’s a consistent problem, and it gets old. A little attention to the orders would go a long way.

The lady who took our order with purple bangs couldn’t understand 2 simple tasks. Then tries to tell me what words I said with my own mouth. EDIT – the manager ended up coming to the windows and resolved the issue.

Ordered food from them tonight, 3 out of 4 items were really just pathetic, ordered the chalupa supreme, Doritos locos cheesy Gordita crunch, chili cheese burrito and the beefy 5 layer. They got the 5 layer right, but the cheesy Gordita crunch had no cheese between the shells. essentially making it a hard shell taco with a spare shell. The chili cheese burrito had chili on one side and, all be it I made an alteration to this menu item – my bad – I added fries so they put one in the burrito and one outside along with a giant hand print on it. And now my favorite, the one I’m absolutely bewildered by: the chalupa supreme, it was just a soft shell that may have been slightly, SLIGHTLY deep-fried I also mad a mistake here as well apparently. Not only was it essentially a soft shell but since I added potatoes it was literally like 89% potatoes
