Purchased almost $100 worth of breakfast food today for my grandkids only to get home and have no sausage with our order of 4 cakes and sausage! Tried calling SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO GET A THE MAILBOX IS FULL! Poor poor management! Be sure to check your order before leaving!!!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this McDonald’s really needs to work on its customer service and drive-through organization. Every time I come here, the line feels completely dysfunctional. Cars that pull up after others somehow get served first, and there doesn’t seem to be any clear system for handling the order of vehicles. It creates confusion and frustration, especially when you’ve been waiting longer than people who just arrived.

On top of that, the customer service is inconsistent. Staff often seem disorganized, and there’s little communication about delays or issues. I understand fast food can get busy, but basic organization and fairness in the drive-through shouldn’t be this difficult. Hoping management can improve the flow and overall experience because it has potential — it just needs better coordination.

This location seriously needs to reevaluate its customer service. My order was completely wrong, and when I went back, I was told to go inside. The manager took his time approaching me and made zero effort to be friendly or helpful. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, he refunded me, then re-charged me, and still made me wait even longer.

I wasted an unnecessary amount of time because of their errors and poor management. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. I left without even wanting the food. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’

I recently went to the McDonald’s drive thru .The first clerk, Sophia working the first window was polite, professional and repeated my order correctly, which I appreciated. After getting to the second window and observed several clerks, more interested in talking and socializing with each other and seemed genuinely disengaged with their duties. Not sure who their manager was. The clerk first attempted to give me a large power aide, which I didn’t order, I was charged a 1.49 for a cup of complimentary water. After pulling into the parking lot to have my hamburger, I unwrapped the hamburger to find a messy thrown together hamburger that was cold. In addition I ordered a sweet tea with lemon . After noticing no lemon , I politely asked the apathetic clerk for a lemon she responded” we don’t go no lemon, we run out in the morning . I will not be returning to this McDonalds. This McDonalds could take a few lessons on efficient operation from the McDonalds on White Ln and McDivitt.

Absolutely terrible experience at the McDonald’s on 11150 Stockdale Highway. A shift manager held up the drive-through line for over 20 minutes over a $3 medium French fry from my previous order. He requested that I show my McDonald’s app purchase and even my personal bank statement, which I did, and he still refused to honor the missing item. Completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and disrespectful to customers.

This is the most rudest mcdonalds here in bakersfield. There is no meaning to grab a number to put on your table. They wont bring the food to you. Their excuse is that they dont have enough trays. Their cashier lacks customer service and rude. She’s a female with a boy short hair cut. I didnt get her name.

This location is an absolute failure from the ground up including CORPORATE! Drive thru sometimes has 20-30 cars and people go inside and the service is just as bad inside with a manager that doesn’t take control and then if you contact corporate you wont get a response. So this location is destined to FAIL and honestly doesn’t deserve your time or money! Honestly a new manager who is worth a damn needs to clean house and start over. This is the worst location I have ever. Another district manager for another corporation was shocked to hear about the service when I was accidentally referred to him.

Everytime I come here for breakfast they take forever, there’s always like 6-7 people waiting for their food, they make drive thru a priority and have the people inside waiting forever for their food. If your short on time don’t come here unless you have lots of time to spare.

Jj aka Noah 2 provided us with the best dining experience we could ever ask for. The customer service was quick and amazing, got us our drink as soon as the order went through. The atmosphere was immaculate. Music was amazing, all the employees seemed like they loved their job, made the trip very memorable and joyful.
