At a moments notice our server handle the 10 top superbly. We road our motorcycles from Daytona Beach yesterday morning. We arrived at this picturesque venue all ready to eat. Parking for road bikes was quite a challenge. Gavel that large presents major challenges for motorcycles to gain and maintain grip. Not to mention the ground moving under our kickstands left most of the big bike riders wondering if our bikes would be standing upright when we finished eating. As a motorcyclists I am accustomed to not having accommodations made.

But motorcyclists pay for the roads and the food we eat.

I heard the jambalaya was exceptional. Two people ordered dinner plates at the other end of the table…they looked phenomenal.

About five of us orderd fish baskets, mine had all the left over broken fries from the bottom of the bag and the fish portions were noticeably different, reminding me of a kids menu item. I’m sure we stretched the kitchen but it is best to have a paytron wait for good food then to serve tired food quickly.

Not a good habit.

Maybe our server should have warned us not to choose from the kids menu, but she admittedly had not tried some of the menu items…a must for all servers. My son is a chef and always makes taste testing available for servers.

We enjoyed our meal and sitting out by the water was very peaceful.
My husband said his burger was really tasty and a 3 napkiner for sure. I had the she crab soup which was really good and had a lot of crab in it. It was a nice drive out there.

Crazy weather made for a crazy evening but they trudged along! Fish was sooo good. Oh. My. Word. Service was great and funny. System was down so it took longer for everything.
Salad super small. Like eight pics of green plus some chopped up onion and small pcs of tomato. Weird. But again, the fish was fantastic and the guys loved their shrimp! Far out in the boonies but worth the drive. Fun atmosphere of regular bar hoppers.

Visiting from out of state. This place had great reviews and we were looking forward to trying it. Husband and I walked in immediately behind another group of 3, we were told to sit wherever we want. Other table got menus and water immediately. No one came to our table. No menus, no water, no waitress. Anytime a server walked passed us to another table they acted like they didn’t see us or notice we had no menu. We were completely ignored. Watched another couple walk in 5 minutes after us and get served. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and not busy. We left. Pretty crappy when staff can’t even be aware that customers are seated and waiting and walk right past without any greeting or acknowledgement.

Excellent birthday lunch for Auntie! Turning 88 was never so tasty! The view was excellent; even from inside. Great craft beer choices – local brews. Service was efficient, friendly and entertaining. We will definitely be back.

This place is a true hidden gem! For one thing, Ozello is a knock-your-socks-off beautiful place to visit. The salt marshes alone are worth the trip.

The village has an Old Florida vibe in a time when the state’s legendary laid-back rep is fading. Happily, that’s not the case in Ozello!

The restaurant is a family-run place in the best sense of the phrase. I don’t know if they’re related to each other, but the staff have an easy familiarity with one another, and their camaraderie extends to the customers. It’s like visiting friends.

The food is exceptional and reasonably priced. There’s not a lot of fancy; they serve simple dishes executed skillfully with quality ingredients. The blue crab bisque is outstanding!

What are you waiting for? Go!

We happened upon this place. Absolutely loved it. Sat outside on the deck with our dog had the bacon wrapped shrimp as an appetizer and the coconut shrimp. We split both and it was plenty for the 2 of us. It was one of the best coconut shrimps I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot and the best classic rock was playing the whole time we were there.

Nice roadside restaurant with lots of indoor seating and 5-10 tables on the back deck overlooking the bay. Nothing to see in the bay, but nice to get a bit away from the road and look at water and trees when you eat. The service was good and prompt and the menu has all the classic pub fares and a number of interesting looking seafood dishes. We had the BLT and the coconut shrimp and both were really tasty and filling.
