Hashbrown was luke warm, hot honey biscuit i has was terrible. The texture on the chicken look and tasted fake, hard kinda. I couldn’t eat it and didn’t return because i was to disappointed. 8 bucks down the drain.

App said order was ready for pickup. I stood at the counter waiting for ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. Saw the receipt with my order number hanging on the rack the whole time, so obviously they are lying about orders being ready to buff their metrics.

Horrible service inside two mornings in a row! Myself and other customers stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. There were at least 5 ladies standing there at the front talking and seen us and didn’t say anything. When I finally said something I got attitude.

The next day pretty much the same thing. More customers including myself stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes. We finally had to say something by asking who’s the manager. And the person that we asked at the front back facing us, that was bagging was the manager. She was standing there the whole time watching her phone and bagged food. We got attitude like we were bothering them when we asked for help. These young girls have poor customer service!!

Terrible experience, customers going back and forth in front of kids. Lot of profanity and threatening. Waited almost 45-1hr for my food. I feel the manager didn’t have control over her store at that time. Employees wasn’t concerned about the wait. Just a bad experience at this particular spot. I can’t put my kids in that type of environment. But thank you guys for the service. Hope it’s goes up from here

This McDonald’s location poses a serious safety and customer service risk, especially for DoorDash drivers and elderly customers. I witnessed and experienced hostility, cursing, and outright disrespect from staff including what appeared to be a shift leader. Over the course of 52 minutes, I calmly observed the store’s behavior before speaking up. What I saw included:
• Elderly customers being cursed out
• DoorDash drivers being called poor and openly disrespected
• Staff yelling, being confrontational, and creating a hostile environment

When I finally addressed the situation respectfully, I was met with even more aggression, confrontation, and humiliation.

This was not a one-off issue it was a clear, ongoing pattern of misconduct. I am urging McDonald’s corporate to:
• Review all surveillance footage from July 23, 2025
• Audit this location immediately
• Place this store under corporate monitoring
• Temporarily suspend this location from the DoorDash platform until staff retraining and proper accountability is implemented

This store is unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable by all standards. Customers and Dashers deserve far better.

Just came through drive through. Attitude at food pickup window not the cashier window. Food was awful. 2 happy meals for kids and a # 2 cheeseburger meal for myself. This was ice cold, cheese wasn’t melted buns not warm or soft, fries ice cold. Kids chicken nuggets and fries cold. Who is managing this place? Waste of $22 but won’t happen again I can assure you that! This store needs a complaint to corporate!

I ordered Breakfast at 9:55 at the drive thru did not receive the order until 10:35 once I inquired about the breakfast they came out got my receipt brought me back my breakfast and offer me a apple pie for my inconvenience. The mail was okay did not eat it wasn’t ready for it some kind of way things got missed understood when I was asked to pull over and wait for my breakfast I waited patiently too much for what I receive for an order at a drive-thru fast food restaurant never been inside don’t plan on going down again no time soon and I used to be a big fan of McDonald’s on a scale of 0 to 5 5 in the highest they receiver zero goodbye

I usually have mixed feelings about this particular McDonald’s, it’s sometimes a hit or miss, I have to honestly say the last 3 trips to this McDonald’s have been on point, everything hot. Fries super good, nuggets crispy and hot. I love having a good place you can trust in our neighborhood

I stopped by this McDonalds and I have to shout out Skylar for being extremely professional. She was the only one who addressed me to ensure I was served.

She gave the same level of care to each customer that was in the building.

I was blown away. I give extremely high remarks to Skylar and hope that a manager sees this review.
