I visited this location on a Tuesday night and was really disappointed by the management and the overall experience. Despite the facility being noticeably empty with many open bays, the staff refused to give us a bay in the middle. Even after we specifically requested one, we were tucked away in a corner bay.
To make matters worse, the lights in play area weren’t even on, making it difficult to actually play. When we brought our concerns to the manager, they were incredibly arrogant and dismissive rather than trying to help.
It’s a shame because the food was actually very good, but the poor treatment from management and the lack of basic amenities like lighting completely ruined the vibe. I expected much better service, especially on a quiet night.

We just finished our 6th fundraiser event at Topgolf and the entire team goes above and beyond. In particular, Brittany went out of her way to consistently check in, make sure everything was running smoothly, asking if we needed anything and just completely on top of it all basically a step ahead of us the entire day. Brittany was so friendly and helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. She and the rest of the staff are part of the reason our event was so enjoyable and ran so smoothly. Food was great too, environment, all of it. Highly recommend.

The setup is very modern and well-maintained — each bay has comfortable seating, touch-screen scoring, and friendly staff to help with anything you need. The games are engaging and can be enjoyed by all skill levels. Even if you’re not a golfer, you’ll still have a blast aiming for the colorful targets and watching your score rise.
The food and drinks were also great! We tried a few appetizers and everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was quick, and our server was really helpful and attentive throughout our session.
One thing I highly recommend: please pre-book your bay in advance. The place gets quite busy, especially during evenings and weekends. We were lucky to get a spot without waiting too long, but many others had to wait over an hour. Booking ahead on their website is quick and easy — it saves you time and ensures a stress-free experience.

It is kind of pricey for what you get. Some of the food is good and other things are not. The service is not always fast unless it is a weekday. We ordered the app platter and it took over an hour for it to get to us. By that time we only had a limited amount of time left at our bay. Our waitress apologized but then whenever we finally received our food, most of it was not edible and hard/cold. She put in another order for the app we ordered and by the time that came out we had to leave because our time was up. I’m not sure why service was slow that day. They weren’t really busy.

Took my daughter for her 16th birthday tonight. Awesome waiters, Colby is a ROCKSTAR!!! Made us feel greatly appreciated for being there and would love to have his section again. Great games of golf minus the weather in Jan haha. But will def be back! (When its warmer )

This was a new experience, I enjoyed the golf part there was games you can play like angry birds or sonic that was viewed on the TV. Will definitely go back the food and service was good. Great place for birthdays and company events. I wish it was byob because the alcohol was expensive lol

My family loves coming here. Really fun games and considering you pay per hour, the price is not terrible per person especially if you were to split the cost among your group. The food is surprising really good and it just has a fun and “new” sort of atmosphere.

I’m a big golfer, and anytime I can get a club in my hand—especially with family—it’s a great day. We recently visited the Topgolf in Pittsburgh and had an amazing experience from start to finish.
We were given a top-level bay, which is always a huge bonus and hard to get. It was cold outside, but the heaters kept us perfectly warm, and having no one in the bays next to us made everything feel more open and relaxed. They also had a giant field goal target on the range, which made the games even more fun.
Our server deserves a major shoutout. I didn’t catch her name, but we were in bay 310, and she was absolutely incredible—super attentive, friendly, and checked on us often. Her service truly made the night.
The drinks were great, the food was delicious, and we had the best time as a family. We’ll definitely be returning. Huge thank you to the entire staff for such a fun and memorable Topgolf experience!

Brittany the supervisor on the third floor made my experience uncomfortable and rushed. I felt mocked and like I was under surveillance. She wanted nothing to do with our table until we kindly asked if she could take our order as we hadn’t seen our server in a while. We asked her how much a water was because we are aware bottled water has a cost but weren’t sure if a plain cup of water would be charged. She in return mocked us and asked us if we were being serious. That interaction alone was already uncomfortable but we were able to get past that until she began to hover our area. She made the last hour of our experience feel like we didn’t belong there and like we were doing something wrong. I’d also like to mention that while she was shadowing us she was neglectful to others as they might’ve needed her but she was too busy stalking us. Overall decent food, fun games, TERRIBLE service.
