I had lunch at the Panda Express on Lima Road in Fort Wayne as i usually do and have great experience each time. The restaurant is very clean, the food was fresh, and the service was friendly and prompt. I ordered the string bean chicken, teriyaki chicken, and sesame chicken and everything tasted great.
Maria helped me during my visit and she did a fantastic job. She is always friendly, professional, and makes the experience pleasant every time I come in. I believe she may be the manager and it definitely shows in how well the restaurant is run.
Overall the restaurant was friendly, fresh, and clean. Great experience.

We ordered and they messed up our orders. 2 plates 2 big plates. But they where going to charge us other people’s plates for not paying attention charging 8 plates. And they gave us 2 plates incorrectly . They forgot my teriyaki. And forgot the spring rolls too. Gave us an extra side of orange chicken that wasn’t in the order.when it was supposed to be broccoli & teriyaki. I left it at that I didn’t want to argue. Literally paid for a bigger plate and didn’t get the 3 sides. It was just aful service. They should have more communication with the other workers. I wasn’t the first person they mest up the order too. As 2 other people argued about them getting orders incorrectly

The manager that works late on Sundays is so sweet. My roommate and I go get Panda Express once a month late at night and it’s never been a bad experience. The crew is pleasant and kind.

Was very excited to grab my Panda today. They always make you feel like family at the lima location. Always great service and clean atmosphere. Except tonight. I felt rushed through my order. Things seemed to be scrambled and not the “normal ” experience. The lady in the dark blue shirt did not make me feel very welcomed. At least Ethan B. was working the register. Always has a smile on his face and positive attitude. I frequent this location 3 times a week. Probably won’t be back for a while.

Ethan is super sweet. I didn’t have much interaction with him, but you can just tell by his entire voice, tone, demeanor.
I went through the drive through, but he asked me to pull back around since they were waiting for one of my items.
Now, on the other hand – the lady preparing the to go boxes, wish she would get a litttttle bit more bigger of a scoop they weren’t even filled to the lines.
But she might be sweet too so that makes up for it.

Great food for a reasonable price. The atmosphere was great. The employees made sure that they greeted every customer that came in. The restaurant was clean and all the food looked great! They even had drink samples that you could try. The restrooms were tidy and well maintained.

I just visited the Lima Rd location yesterday and was extremely disappointed. I ordered my usual (bowl with half rice, half chow mein, and orange chicken). The worker filled the entire to go bowl with the rice and chow mein, leaving no room for my chicken. She put 5 pieces of orange chicken on top and called it a day. The first bite I took of my chicken tasted burnt, so I spit it out. Proceeded to try my other pieces and it was all breading, no chicken. I have never had a problem like this before at this location and I will be hesitant to go back. The quality of food has declined.

The food was burning hot! Sesame chicken is a must try. I read about Ethan in a few reviews and had the pleasure of meeting him, he needs a raise! I felt so welcomed, he was so friendly and energetic.
