The food here is gross. They don’t like to keep the food fresh. Especially after it’s been sitting for a while. And the pizza was burnt. They keep the first batch that they cooked on the buffet and leave it there until it’s gone. Which no one really touched. By the way. They looked very dry. I asked the manager can she have them to make a fresh batch of the cinnamon rolls, because the ones there were dry looking and no one had even bothered to have any. So they’d been sitting there for a while. And she said that they were fresh. And they weren’t. Complete dissatisfied with this location. They shouldn’t be lazy, and think just having pizza sit on the buffet that’s old, means that it’s fresh to serve to customers.

I had many great memories at cici’s as a kid but this location gives it a bad reputation. It was after lunch and not very busy so I can understand the food sitting there a little longer than normal. However the homeless person in the booth by the door and the dirty tables and dirty floors is unacceptable.

This is one of my kids favorite places to eat but sadly after our experience we will have to visit the homewood location from now on. We’ve visited multiple times and have had similar experiences each time. All but one worker is always extremely rude. The lady who works the register always has her AirPods in trying to tune everybody out and has the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. We always come up there because they have deals we find online, this particular night we came for 2.99 buffet. She was overcharging everyone in line and had no remorse for doing so and was unwilling to discuss or rectify it. I also overheard her loudly saying to the other employees that the place was packed because snap benefits had been cut off and was shaming those that were there to feed their families. There is one man who works there and always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for the customers out in the eatery area. He is truly a bright light in an establishment full of employees with bad attitudes and terrible customer service. I hope some new ownership comes in and fires everyone but that one amazing employee and hires people that can actually learn to be nice to their customers and make them feel welcome instead of such a burden.

The manager lady was nice. She charged for the buffet $9.99 then a drink without asking. Cause you can get water at no additional cost. So it was $14 for drink and buffet. Everyone was nice in there. I did ask for a Hawaiian pizza and they did it.

Went in around 7:30pm and heard workers in the back laughing with no-one up front. Waited for someone to come ring me up so I could eat and nobody came just laughter from the back. Would not recommend going here as you will waste your time standing around waiting on nobody to show up.

I don’t understand how this place get 5 stars. I don’t know what is worse the pizza that taste like tasteless cheap frozen pizza…. Or the watered down pasta. Would not recommend this place at all.

Didn’t get to eat. Signage on door & online said they close at 10 pm. When we walked in at 9:05, after a 30 min drive to get there, the buffet was already closed & they were stacking chairs on the tables to mop.

It was very crowded and there were like 3 birthday parties going on at the same time. Other than that it was okay the food was so so but the desert pizza was delicious

I came in right as a daycare or preschool group was leaving. Surprisingly there was still plenty of pizza and desserts on the buffet. The salad bar was pretty scarce, but it is basic anyway. I got enough to make a small side salad. The pizzas were delicious (my favorite is the spinach) and the cheese sticks were hot and fresh. The employees were busy cleaning up after the group that had just left. Doing there jobs cheerfully and doing a great job.

I had six children with me, we checked the website AND the store hours. Both said 10p. We pulled up at 855p to find doors locked and the staff cleaning up with no explanation. Bummed me out.
