Haven’t tried this kfc in years because it went down hill . Tried it again today and I waited 20 mins at the speaker order the chicken tender meal and a single crispy chicken breast . They didn’t have a chicken breast ready at 3:20 in the afternoon . So they gave me 3 tenders and a biscuit . That’s fine no big deal but after waiting that long to order and then not having any crispy breast I get two rock hard biscuit that I threw away and old dry chicken tenders that I gave to my dogs . $20 bucks for a meal that just ended up being dog treats . Next time I’ll just go down the street to Culver’s and get a meal I won’t have to throw away .

On 11/4/2025 at 8:30 PM, I ordered three 2-piece meals through DoorDash pickup using the BOGO promotion and purchased an additional meal. When I opened the order, the chicken smelled strongly of old grease and was too hard to eat. Neither my daughter nor I could eat our meals.
I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty. When I asked if the grease was old, she dismissed the concern and hung up. I called back and asked for her name to file a complaint; she refused to provide it. Throughout the call, she interrupted me, spoke over me, and did not seem concerned about the issue. As a frequent customer with no prior problems, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service, accountability, or willingness to address the food quality issue.
My intention wasn’t to request a refund, but simply to make management aware that something was wrong with the food that night. Instead, I encountered a manager who seemed overwhelmed, uninterested, and not guest-focused. I hope she has a better day tomorrow and approaches guests with more care and professionalism.
On a positive note, the young lady with the piercings at the drive-through window provided excellent service.

Absolutely garbage. I ordered nuggets and a bowl from drive thru and I was asked to pull around to the front because they had to make some fries and it’ll be ready in 5min. Those 5min turned into 25mins and when I went in to asked about it, everyone was laughing around and not doing anything. They hadn’t even begun to make the food, so I had to wait additional time for it. A manager constantly outside and a kitchen that isn’t bothering with orders doesn’t seem customer friendly, but I suppose I should have known better than to choose KFC to patron. I do not recommend, do not waste your time and money here.

Horrible service the speaker sucks. You can barely hear them and then when we got our food, they had an attitude when we were paying and when we try to get our card back, he was holding it inside of the window instead of handing it to us so we had to reach completely out of the truck and then he finally reached out a little bit to give it to us and then when we got the food when we paid $60 for it, we were just checking to make sure everything was in the bag and this lady with green/blue hair was standing there with her hands on her hips, staring at us and then had a horrible attitude smacked her lips together and then we asked are you OK? She rolled her eyes and then walked off our saying stuff under her breath horrible stuff. Don’t recommend if you don’t want to deal with rude people .

If i could give this location 0 stars i would. We came around 8 pm.. 1 whole hour before they closed, all the outside lights were off, doors were locked. Drive thru only but the whole sign was off and we had to call them and ask if they were open just for someone to answer at the drive thru. They already didn’t have most of their side options, i’ve worked fast food and everytime we had to keep every option available until we closed. Just overall extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend at night.

Honestly, this was one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had. The food was disappointing across the board — the chicken was greasy and didn’t taste fresh, the fries were cold, and the biscuit was hard and dry. It definitely didn’t feel like it had just been made.
Service didn’t help either. The staff seemed uninterested, and it took way longer than it should have to get a simple order. No one really acknowledged the wait or checked in, which made the whole visit feel frustrating.
The dining area wasn’t very clean, with dirty tables and trash starting to pile up. Overall, I wouldn’t come back to this location. There are way better fast food options nearby.

With our 12 pc. Chicken Meal ,we ordered 2 large mashed potatoes, but they swapped it with 2 Mac And Cheese bowls. Which were clearly the wrong order!
Please make sure to check your order before driving off.

I’m never coming back to this kfc. It’s terrible. The customer service is terrible. The dining room is never open. The managers are dismissive. I’m nervous to even talk to the manager again, they might spit in my food. I didn’t get any silverware, napkins, and had to damn near bargain for sauce that I ordered through the app. This place is awful. Just throw ya food in the box. Biscuit smashed, chicken barely got skin on it. And this is the 3rd and final try. It’s a 1:05pm order why the food look old?

Chicken was dried. Soda tasted like water with sugar. Ask for mac n cheese but got mashed potato instead. Do yall not know chicken has an expiration time. You can’t cook a bunch of chicken and let it just sit and dry out. That young girl working back there needs to stay her tail in the back if she doesn’t know proper customer service. They got ⭐️⭐️for service only because the gentleman working the register was nice.

Walked in to try and order for dine in. Guy set he would be was in a minute. 5 minutes later he still was waiting on drive thru. Customers. He wasn’t concerned with us whatsoever. We turned around and left. While we were there, you could see towards the back and it was filthy and had standing water with employees walking thru it. Nasty.
