I only rated atmosphere at a three because I went through the drive-through. Not much atmosphere there.
Reason for my review is simple, gentleman Working the window had an extremely poor attitude. I felt he was making an effort to make me feel unwelcome in my whole four minute visit. I Review the menu and about a minute later, he says with an impatient tone he is ready to take my order when I’m ready. I had to say Multiple times to make the sandwich ketchup only. He just kept rushing past my requests with more questions and not acknowledging that I’m trying to ask questions about the menu. As I’m asking questions, I audibly hear him sighing over the headset, as if I cannot hear him. After asking about the sides a few times that come with my combo, he does not acknowledge my questions. When he finally acknowledged, I asked for my side to be substituted and instead he just adds it. He says nothing when he hands my card back to me, And says nothing when he hands the bag to me. There was a hair in my burger, Which I understand sometimes stuff happens. He was working the window around midnight,Had glasses, A ponytail, A beard, No Hairnet, A slim build with a bubble gut. I would have chalked it up to him potentially having a bad day, But that is absolutely no reason to be sighing at your customers over the speaker And giving nonstop Dismissal and attitude the entire interaction.

I had an awesome experience at the Burger King on Ohio River Road in Avalon, PA. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was on point, but what really made the difference was Alyssa, the manager. She is absolutely amazing. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team. Her energy, professionalism, and kindness make the whole place run smoothly and create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in their work, and it shows every time you walk in.
If every restaurant had a manager like Alyssa, fast food would be on a whole different level. Highly recommend stopping by!

usually great but tonight i got all the way home, looked in the bag and im missing half of my order …. why should i have to drive back over there to rectify it …. i shouldnt and im not leaving once im home!….. pissed!

Best burger king ever! Stopped here traveling with my family for a quick bite. The food was fresh and delicious! Service was prompt and extremely polite. I didn’t finish my sandwich and they offered me a bag to put it in for the ride home. The staff here deserves a raise! They were amazing with my children!

Look, i know it’s fast food…. But jeez. I don’t if dollar menu items look like trash, it’s to be expected. Not a $9 burger.
This burger was supposed to be the new Garlic & Bacon King…. It instead looks like the most hastily put together poverty stricken public school cafeteria burger that I have ever seen…. I would take it home to feed to my dog, but he is better than this.

If I could give zero stars for all I would! The kids down there that they have working have ZERO customer service skills, ZERO human skills. They are all rude an lack common sense an skills! The food is always old, bad an when you reach out about it no one wants to fix or take it serious! If you want food poisoning be my guest! I will NEVER come back here an will make sure everyone knows!

I am absolutely shocked at the fact that I am giving Burger King a 5 star rating. I haven’t actually wanted to eat here for years. For a long time the food quality just hasn’t been it. But recently my daughter wanted it so we went. I’m not kidding when I tell you, I have actually been craving another whopper since! Maybe they pulled a “red lobster” and turned their food around? I just have to try the chicken Parm sandwich (LOVED them way back in the day) when it comes back to really be the judge on how good BK has gotten again. Fingers crossed.

My wife and I had food that tastes awful. It tasted like a chemical may have been used to clean the broiler and the grease that was used taste horrible. Could not finish my double whopper, that’s actually my favorite, my fries taste wierd and my wife’s onion rings were awful as well. I don’t know if it was the oil or something else. Not happy at all.
