Food was good my only disappointment is that I literally park to eat and drink my coffee So idk like 3 min. After I left the drive thru window and my coffee was cold. Like my tomato soup was warmer.

Horrible horrible takeout. Their salads when you DoorDash are always bad but this is ridiculous. I’m so sick of how nasty and small their salads are. No one wants old cucumbers, end salad pieces, and old lettuce. I don’t advise anyone do takeout ever!

Had a nice time splitting a toasted and buttered bagel with a hot chocolate here. When you order a toasted and buttered bagel it would be cool if they buttered it for you… or a thought if they didn’t maybe the butter wasn’t as if it just came out of the freezer for ease of spreading. The hot chocolate was what we expected. Maybe just Hersey Syrup though. Anyway. The place was clean and the staff didn’t bother us. Full house so just be a hopping spot for soup!!

They’re extremely rude. They do not acknowledge you when you come in.They do not acknowledge you when you walk up to the window. I’m in there 3-4 times a week. They don’t let you know that any of the orders are done.You have to go up there and try to get someone’s attention.And then hope that they acknowledge you and respond. I had four different employees make eye contact with me and not asked me.Was I ready to order?Did I already place an order?Can I help you? This happens every time it’s as if they are too good to take your order as if they don’t even want to be there.

Please stay away from this place. I was just mistreated just now. She gave me cold sandwich and when I called to report it she giggled with colleagues and hanged up. I called back and she refused to tell me her name rather was more interested in replacing the order. I’m not hungry or looking for food. I wanted her to acknowledge what she did wrong and not give me free food. I wish her what she did to me.

Poor customer service. Rude & refused to speak to me or acknowledge me & other customers as they talked about their personal lives amongst themselves. A lady next to me has to say “umm excuse me” to which they rolled their eyes. One walkex off & another said one second. Quite rudely. Not clean. Weird smell. Very sad & disappointing. Management doesn’t seem to care. Samantha Carter as a general manager the community deserves better managing.

Had lunch here and it was spot on! I had the summer poppyseed salad and a ham and cheese sandwich. Everything was super fresh, sandwich was loaded, and the service was fast and friendly. Management was out on the floor cleaning tables constantly which was really nice to see. They have a large outside dining patio with plenty of seating, umbrellas for shade and room to social distance.

I usually get great service at this location but today I am highly upset with my delivery order. I would avoid getting the steak and cheddar sandwich which only had a couple slices of meat and a small amount of cheese and onion. Everything else in the order was good so not sure how they fell short there. A quality check needs to be implemented before sending out.

My soup bowl was half full. When I complained they told me they only give three scoops. Get a bigger scoop. There was no difference in volume between the cup and bowl. Sandwich barely had any meat on one half. Panera at this location is not what I expect.
