We came in around 8pm and waited to be seated for anout 10 minutes in an empty restaurant.
Our waitress was friendly, but possibly new as she struggled with our orders.
Table was still dirty, lots of staff walking around, joking with each other. We didn’t have silverware and had to get up to get our own. A mid aged gentleman staff member was enthusiastically talking to a younger waitress nearby with relationship advice which was both creepy and off- putting being in earshot.
My salad came out and was nearly frozen, as well as having the stem of the lettuce in it. It was so cold I couldn’t eat it.
The food was about the same as you expect. They did have a great boneless wings deal going on.
I probably wouldn’t be back to this location in the future.

I did a to-go order so speaking on the atmosphere is not relevant. In any case, I got a 10 piece, all flats, wing combo with fries, spicy garlic flavor. The sauce was the best part of the meal. I like my wings nice and crispy, not tasting like your traditionally microwave warmed pizza joint wings. For a $17 meal, I am not impressed. The wings have zero crisp and the fries taste old (11:30am pick up time) with little seasoning. I’m glad I used a gift card I got. I won’t be back using my money lol.

We placed an online order around 6 pm and had a really disappointing experience. The wings showed up with no sauce at all (thankfully we had some at home), and they were so overcooked they were basically inedible. The sandwich I ordered looked like a microwaved patty and just didn’t taste good.
My wife and I usually go into the bar to eat and it’s always been solid, which is why this was such a letdown. This was our first time doing take-out, and unfortunately it was a big miss. We probably won’t be coming back for a while.

After the food was finally ready it was dry (wings and fries) and had little to no sauce on the wings. The fry basket (see attached photo) was about 1/4 full. Very disappointed in the service, and food from here. I used to be a big BWW fan but am unlikely to recommend it or purchase from here again.

I go regularly. Pretty consistent and good food. I’ve probably only had 2-3 times where the food and/or service wasn’t great. You know what you’re getting into here, and the prices are excellent. Eat in the restaurant, it tastes way better.

Grace was fricking awesome! Took my family and I’s mind off things while other family was at children’s hospital nearby. Make sure to ask for grace because she’s on it with getting orders right, making recommendations, and just keeping it fun. Her food runner was an awesome dude, and was also on it. The manager on duty Taylor, he was awesome about the feedback which was just compliments, and he keeps it light with his staff joking around, and just keeping the vibe up. Will make this my staple location when I need wings from Buffalo Wild Wings.

I ordered online. My order was delivered from door dash and taped shut from Buffalo Wild Wings so the order could not be checked. After calling the restaurant manager on duty was disrespectful and would not let me speak. I was nice at the beginning of the conversation then he blamed everything on door dash and said I needed to contact them and it was not his problem. For corporate reasons it is 1.27.24 at 7:12 pm so you can see what manager is working and give them coaching (as it is needed). We ordered according to the receipt +$CC boat (x3) this is carrots and celery. Also ordered MOZZ Sticks + Marinara. Received 2 mozzarella sticks in our order. I’ll post photos that this was checked off not by door dash who is being blamed for the mistake but by your manager or the expo or takeout in your kitchen. Take responsibility for your mistake. Don’t blame others. Thank you for the 8 sides of ranch I did not order as well. I ordered blu cheese. I can’t take a picture of the “+$CC boat” (x3) because they are not here. I’ll take the beating for you when my wife gets home after her 13 hour day at work. Trust me I’m nicer than she is. Have a great night.
