We held a surprise Birthday party for my brother last week 12/7 at the Braintree location. From the first inquiry to walking out the door our expectations were beyond what we hoped for. We wanted a simple get together with immediate family for the reason that my brother has cancer and hasn’t been able to be around to many people at one time. The staff, especially Ruth and Nick were overly accommodating to our needs. The day went as we hoped and a fun family day was had by all who attended. Our server ( I believe her name is Marissa, please forgive me if that is not her name) was a blessing, she was so kind, helpful and pleasant!! Although logistically your restaurant is not close to us we have been there before and will certainly return again. Thank you for being as kind and understanding to our needs to bring our family together ❤️

I was looking forward to going to the restaurant but it was a major let down. Food lacked any seasoning and freshness. I initially ordered the new menu item the Baked Stuffed Haddock, which was very underwhelming. Luckily Jenn the waitress tried to rectify the situation and I later had the Fish & Chips.

The pasta was overcooked, the sauces (Marsala, bolognese and vodka sauces) did not stick to the pasta at all, and the app trip left a lot to desire. Overall, I would not recommend this place or come back at all.

Interior needs cleaning, updating and a better atmosphere. Bathrooms were atrocious. Overall this establishment fell into the post pandemic depression state. Told not enough servers to accommodate our party of 6…forced to sit bar area with 2 minors in o8ur party of 6.

We have been patronizing the Chateau at a number of their locations for many years. Over the past year they have repeatedly disappointed us. The prices have gone up while the portions have gotten smaller and a number of their signature items often look and taste like they are prepared in advance and just reheated.

Very large place! Great food and atmosphere. They went above and beyond for us, while having a birthday celebration. Also, thru have great portions, possibly 2 in 1 meals. A must go if you’re around one. Even worth the drive, you won’t be disappointed
