The last 3-4 times we have ordered now it has been issue after issue. Little ceasars used to actually be good but now the quality has gone way down, youre better off ordering at the other pizza places that are more expensive. The crust of the normal pizzas have been getting thinner and thinner to the point that you can’t even hold them with 1 hand because they are all floppy and thin. Our last pizza order the crust was so thin we could see light thru a pizza slice. Last order the wings were smaller than the size of my palm. This time we order garlic Parmesan and get buffalo wings that are super tiny again. I understand being busy but there’s just no excuse for this when you’re paying money for something. Of course I’m eating the buffalo wings because there’s nothing else but if I had wanted buffalo I would have ordered them. I’d give zero stars if we could.

Hot and ready lol more like order and see you in half an hour. I’ve never been to this place, and them have pizza ready. Also, people begging for money and cigarettes in a rough part of town, not for easily intimidated people food pretty gross also. Best of luck.

!! Bad customer service !! I waited patiently until I couldn’t. I proceeded to ask if anyone was going to ring me up for an order, all I got, was an attitude and a not at all friendly stare down by woman cashier. I was completely disregarded, and my unusually long wait time. The cashier then proceeded to take my order, “as if, I was the problem” “as if it was too hard to just ask me what I wanted to order” I know both of the cashiers/prep both had seen me as they both had been looking at me with a side eye… she then took my payment and did not say anything, about sorry for my wait nor did the other man who was running the register, as there was plenty of opportunity to do so, ever came to take my order till I acknowledged myself in both where laughing just behind the hot ready box as I was right there listening in disbelief? Why be so rude to a paying customer…? I get it it work is not favorable but it still a job why loose it for something that literally anyone can do and replace you … it’s not rocket science. I was patiently waiting for a long time with a no attitude demeanor literally just being patient till I could not stay silent. and still got horrible service. In the picture to show I only ordered 2 stuffed cheesy bread The time of order was March 27,2022 01:01 pm although the cashier name was Reginald it was a woman who rang me up. Reginald at least listen to my concerns as I was handed my order after asking possibly how long does it usually take to order this item…but it was too late to turn this experience around for me … they both need more training on customer service and how to manage a working environment just overall this place needs and could do better given better training

The code machine you pick up from is out of order. Disrespectful staff. This guy was upset and complained at my wife as she walked out the door because he had to repeat himself. She is legally deaf, and he didn’t want to speak up.

So the neighborhood is not the best. They were very busy because it was the start of lunch. The front counter guy was handling the best he could. I had 2 pizza puffs and a Supreme pizza. The wait was a tad longer than quoted but I really didn’t expect it as fast as it was quoted. The food was great though and the service was friendly. They should be recognized for that. Great job!

Went for lunch and was waited on immediately. Which is great. More people come in and there 4 workers but no one acknowledge them for like 3 minutes. A we will be right with you goes a long way. Got our food which took longer than normal but was hot a very good. The new puffs are amazing

2 four inch long, coarse, gray hairs found, one each, on 2 of the crazy bread sticks in our order (could not have come from anyone in our home/family as none of us have hair that length or color) .

This place has gone way down hill. Was just told it would be 25-30 minutes for a hot and ready. This isn’t my first issue with them but this will surely be the last because I’ll never eat or attempt from this little ceasers again. It’s the only one in my town boot. So they’ve lost a customer who actually worked for one of their locations years ago.

Have had really great quick response times with using the mobile app. Also, much better consistency than some other ceasers that I’ve been to.
