The only benefit of having this Panera at this location is the proximity to where I live. Ive tried them several times and it’s a hit or miss. First time there, the egg on my sandwich was cold, the almond pastries were concrete hard and forget about the rock solid pecan bread. As for the employees, most of them could care less with a Manager that is usually outside on his phone while incomplete orders are being sent out. Panera isn’t cheap. Step up your game.

To the girl working the drive through Thursday oct 13th at 9:10, you were so incredibly rude for no reason. After handing me the order I realized the lemonade I asked for had ice when I had requested no ice. I lightly honked to get her attention and I thought she didn’t hear me. I honked again and she side eyed me. I waited to see if she was busy so I could re request the lemonade once she was done, but she proceeds to take her phone out and start texting while leaning on the counter! I had to HOLD the horn to get her attention, where she then rolled her eyes and came to the window. You did all of that for what ? What did you gain from being so rude? If it was such a hassle for you to come back and correct the drink, you should’ve done it right the first time dude. I don’t mind that you made the mistake, but your whole attitude going about it was so ridiculous to me. What a genuinely disappointing experience tbh

So I wanted a steak sandwhich from somewhere else but it was packed. Instead. I came here to Panera bread and got a chicken chipotle and avocado sandwhich with a pick two , and I chose a tomato soup and half grill sandwhich. And I had to leave those review because they made it so delicious. It’s been a while ago me someone made it the way I first tasted it. Perfect amount of everything from the chicken to the avocado. To the cheese in the grill cheese to the tomato soup being filled to the rim. And tasting great !! Thank you

One of the nicest Panera bread establishment I’ve ever walked into, with big windows and yes, it’s brand new.
The parking lot is kinda small. They have too many pick up spots, they can actually take away two and give a little bit more parking space for people going to dine in. They have a side door that’s locked. They should put a sign that reads door on the south entrance of the building with an arrow pointing – cause when you’re in the parking lot you go straight to that side door so that’s a little confusing.
Despite that…

It’s the best Panera Bread I’ve ever been. Right when we arrived, a girl named “Arianny” came up to us and asked if we needed any help. I really appreciate it. The food was excellent and hot. We’ll definitely be back. We loved it.

I visited the Panera Bread located at 4890 W 19th Ct in Hialeah for the first time on Sunday, December 29th, at approximately 7:30 PM with my wife. We ordered a Fireside Chili in a bread bowl, a Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup in a bread bowl, and a large Pepsi. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Both bread bowls appeared cold, as if they had come directly out of the refrigerator. Additionally, the Fireside Chili bread bowl had a hole on the side, causing the chili to leak out and create a mess. Overall, the quality and presentation of the food did not meet expectations. Due to this experience, we do not plan to return.
