A true hidden gem! As a Vancouverite, this exceeds my expectations and is comparable to top noodle and xiao long bao joints in Richmond, BC. We tried the Mala Shank Dry Noodle and the flavor was rich with a lot of depth supplemented by the spices. The hand pulled noodles tasted fresh and bouncy. We also tried the pork xiao long bao, which had a generous filling and lots of juices covered in a thin, delicate skin. Service is simple but efficient, although it gets busy during dinner time. Can’t wait to come back to try the noodle soups and xiao long bao desserts!

Very salty noodles also sauce are too salty for that. I wasn’t expecting sauce is little sweet.
Also we ordered chicken fried rice that texture and flavor was strange. Also Chicken in side of fried rice was smells like leftovers from yesterday.
so I think they served frozen chicken fried rice and they reheated when they got order.
I don’t know what ingredients they used in their food but I had stomach problem after eating their food.

I had their beef rib noodle soup with the wide noodles. It was surprisingly full of bold flavors! The noodles had a good bounce or chew to them. It had lots of meat! It was so tender; the meat just fell right off the bone. Their side dishes were okay….we got the tofu, green beans, and the xiao long baos. All fine, the green beans were seasoned well and the XLBs had a good amount of soup in them and the flavor was okay. All in all, great experience. I do wish they had hot tea available. But they were friendly; food came out quick, and we came out with full bellies!

Signature Dish – Good flavor and spicy even at 2 stars, but portion was shockingly small. Only one piece of beef, a tiny bit of lettuce at the bottom, and a large bowl that’s misleading. I even added a fried egg for extra $ and it still felt skimpy.
The wontons were forgettable. Dumpling World in Everett and Din Tai Fung both do it better.
No service at all—no water refills, no check-ins—yet you’re expected to tip in advance. Overall, overpriced for the portions and not worth it.

Got seated right away, food didn’t take long at all, food was super tasty! Their chili oil is so deep in flavor and the noodles were the perfect amount of bouncy. These dumplings in particular were sooo good as well. Highly recommend!

The noodles were amazing and were cooked perfectly! We ordered spice level 3 and it worked great for us. The spicy dumplings were delicious and we couldn’t stop eating! The portion sizes were huge and had enough to take back home.

Their noodles are so tasty especially the pork belly is my favorite. I love the chewy texture of the homemade noodles. Every combination in the bowl is just right and perfect.

Mala Spicy Beef Rib Dry Mix Noodles – this was really good. I ordered a Level III ️ ️ ️ and it was so flavorful and had a mild kick. I added a friend egg which was a nice compliment to the dish. I would definitely get this again.
Moroccan Mint Tea (Hot tea option) – personally I would skip this next time. It was a tea bag, not Moroccan Mint Tea.
️ There’s quite a bit of construction at this location. You can still find parking but I would assume that if you don’t get there early then you’re competing for the limited space.
