I live 5 seconds from this location. & it’s completely disappointing & disrespectful to serve your customers half a cup of coffee for $15. I barely tried it and this what it looks like. I even opened it in front of baristas feeling the cup extremely empty . The only thing I regret is not taking the pic at the counter inside. This is exactly how looked when I grabbed it but I did not want to confront anyone or say anything since my mom is in the ER and my grandma just died yesterday. I did not want to make scene for the busy workers because of other issues already happening in people’s lives. Please do better.

This is not about this particular location , but prices. This tiny chocolate croissant is almost $5. Costco has huge 12 croissants (plain) for $6. Lattes are very sugary and too sweet. The employees are friendly whenever I stop by in drive thru or in-store.

I was definitely disappointed by this store. The customer service was to say it nicely, subpar. Not like most other starbucks. Made my drink and then we waited at least 5 mins before anyone asked what we were waiting on, as my son stood there with no drink. Then gave me a bs excuse. All the while, they were talking and giggling amongst themselves.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your café on March 18, 2025.

I ordered one drink, a Pink Drink Light Ice, at 2:47 p.m. (Order #26145). The total amount for my order was supposed to be approximately $6. However, I was incorrectly charged $18 instead. I immediately noticed this discrepancy and brought it to the attention of the staff member at the counter. She assured me that the issue had been resolved and that the excess amount would be refunded.

Unfortunately, to this day, I have not received the refund or any follow-up communication. I find this experience highly disappointing and unacceptable. Not only was I overcharged, but the lack of proper resolution and communication reflects extremely poor service and leaves me feeling misled.

I kindly request that the overcharged amount be refunded to me as soon as possible. Additionally, I hope you take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen to other customers in the future.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

Currently out of state and wanted to order my mom the ‘medicine ball’ drink but the doordash menu didn’t allow me to customize it much. THANKFULLY, Lizzie helped me over the phone and was incredibly kind and helpful! It meant a lot that I was able to care for my mom while away through a nice, hot tea. I usually receive great service at this location but on March 2, 2025 around 4 PM, my family received the best service ever.
When trying to order through the drive through, one of my adult children kept interrupting me by making a noise that sounds like a cross between someone yodeling and a turkey in heat. It sounds like “Yadolooooooo”. It is so annoying and also hilarious. While I was placing my order, my adult child said extra “Yadolooooo” please. The person that was taking our order laughed and said “Ok. Extra.” I asked, “Extra what exactly?” And they respond “Yadoloooooo”. Perfect! Absolutely perfect!

Wasnt in the mood for cooffee so asked for water. Waited around 15 minutes and nobody cared to ask why or what im waiting for. When i asked the girl again for the water, she filled a cup and rudely put it away the furthest possible from me. Had to bend over the counter to get it. An older person or a child would not possibly be able to pick it up. Place was not busy at all, plenty of employees. Careless, rude staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Ordered online my drink and when stopped by to pick up the doors were closed and we had to pick up our drink from drive thru. When I asked why the doors were closed, the employee said “it’s the time of the evening”. We waited in drive thru more than 20 minutes for a mobile order that had already been places way prior.
