Against my better judgment I went to this location for lunch after shopping at Lowe’s. As
expected it took forever. They almost forgot a happy meal, the fries looked and tasted like they had been out (not salted), and I got a (burnt) deluxe chicken sandwich that had about 3 slivers of lettuce on it. I understand it’s fast food and you can only expect so much but for $9 meal you’d think they would care a little more. Drive the extra mile or two and go to the one off Snow and Airport.

Resturant used to be slow overall, but it seems like new team members have really picked it up!! The food was much better than any McDonald’s I’ve had in over a year, and the nuggets were perfectly crispy. Thank you

Nice place to dine with family friends or just by yourself. You will find it somewhat relaxing & stimulating depending on your mood. The food is tasty & is in great variety; prices reasonable. The host, waitress/waiter takes good care of U. U can buy clothing, household item, games, as well as toys for the children.& like shopping here & U will too. Relax outside in the Ole Time Rockin Chairs & play a game of checkers!

I am a local food guide. Do not eat here ever these kids don’t give a damn and if you complain. I Ordered Two deluxe Quarter pounders and a small fry 25 with tip. I’m literally across the street for delivery. First driver couldnt find got lost, who knows what really happened, then 1 hour and 12 minutes food arrives with the driver grinning almost mirthful and not what I ordered. Garbage in a bag cold fries and grease all down the it was OPEN not sealed and had spit in the mayo on one. And the other was ketchup and cheese with stone cold fries I called Help 4 times and they logged all of it corporate has the pics and I will include them here. Just save your money and time cause my lunch is only 30 minutes and my time is valuable. Do not eat here. If you want to the lowest quality McDonald’s has to offer eat at this disgusting place of immature teens who spitefully sabotage. I have no doubt they destroyed my food purposely. Avoid avoid avoid this place.

The lady who was at the window taking payments with the shorter hair was insanely rude. She had a very unwelcoming and aggressive attitude. I asked if I could add extra barbecue to my order was she told me no as if it was a rare commodity. I then told her i had two orders and she turned to the lady on the headset putting in orders and snapped at her telling her to make sure she pressed multiple when taking two orders. She then proceeded to move and stand at the food window the entire time i was being passed what i ordered so i felt unwelcome to ask someone else for the bbq. I was taken aback i understand this is mcdonalds but i really dont care that attitude is embarrassing nonetheless.

Got here at 11:49 PM on 01/07/2026. Both Google Maps and the McDonald’s app said this location closes at 12:00 AM.
I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and got the normal automated message asking about the mobile app and saying someone would be with me in a moment. I waited for several minutes and no one ever responded.
I drove to the first window and no one was there. Then I went to the pickup window and could clearly see an employee inside wearing a headset and sitting on his phone. I waited again and was completely ignored.
After going back around and trying again, I was finally told the system was down. If that was actually the case, the drive-thru should have been blocked or the store marked closed. Running the automated message while ignoring customers during posted hours isn’t okay.
This location needs better communication and accurate hours.

This McDonald’s is the worst ever I how a chicken McDonald’s griddle add egg and cheese with a plan bagel with aside of the breakfast sauce. When I asked for more sauce because I dip the bagel in it and I got told this all we can give but if I wanted it on the bagel and aside I would get more but because I want just aside of it this all I’m aloud to have so if u came to my job and I give u a half donut I’d be wrong smfh. I’m never coming here after work again I work at Lowe’s and we close at 9:00 I’m just trying to get some quick to eat I’ll pull around and she’s talking fast as usual it’s this big black lady that works there and she always tries to talk fast and messes up people’s orders so I always order it through the app so she says we only taking card pull around I was like I have a mobile order I can just give you my code and keep going I’m not using card I’ve already paid she said we only take the card pull around to the front thank you why she wasn’t trying to listen at all what I was saying so I left and went to the better one that’s over here by South Alabama yeah I really need to change night time managers

Ordered and paid on the app before I got there, was told to they’d be right with me, sat for 5 minutes before another car pulled up in the other lane. They took her order while I was still sitting there. Had to pull off to take my children to school and called several times to see what had happened, but never got anyone on the phone.
