My experience today was pathetic. Spent $45 on garbage. Ordered 2 stew meat nachos, expressly said no jalapeños 3 times. Got home, both orders had jalapeños and virtually no cheese. Paid for a lg sweet tea and had to wait for tea to be made, was assured that it was sweet. Found out it was not. Called and spoke to Victoria who offered to remake the nachos. Spent another $12 on uber to get there only to receive the same garbage excuse for nachos I’ve ever seen. $57 dollars on a meal I ate and drank nothing from. Hands down the worst jumburrito in midland/odessa. Pics are first and second order of dry, no queso nachos.

Yesterday morning, I visited your location while in town from Austin to surprise my cousin with her favorite burritos. I placed two separate orders: one ticket with four ground beef and cheese burritos, and a second ticket for a stew meat and avocado burrito with queso. I even shared with the cashier how excited my cousin would be when I surprised her, as I was en route to the airport to return to Austin.

The cashier handed me a bag containing both orders. Upon arriving in Austin and opening the bag, I was shocked to discover that instead of the ground beef and cheese burritos, I had received two bacon, egg, and cheese burritos and one bean and cheese burrito—none of which I ordered.

I called the restaurant to advise them of the situation. The same cashier remembered me, was sincerely apologetic, and confirmed my order number and what was supposed to be in the order. She explained that the manager was not present but would relay the issue once she returned so I could be issued a refund.

Later, I received a call stating the manager required photos of the incorrect items before a refund could be processed. When I asked to speak directly with the manager, she stated there was no record of the order number or items that I received, and that no one else had called to complain of receiving a incorrect order. As if that matters!! I found this response baffling and unacceptable—especially after the cashier had already confirmed the order details.

As a restaurant owner myself, I find it extremely concerning that a customer with a valid order number, a confirmed mistake, and a credible explanation would be treated with such doubt and lack of professionalism. The manager’s behavior—refusing to take responsibility, requiring unnecessary proof, then hanging up on me—was completely inappropriate.

Ultimately, the cashier called back to inform me that the manager agreed to issue a full refund. However, it was disappointing that the manager did not have the courtesy to call me directly to resolve the matter.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously. While the cashier handled the situation with grace and professionalism, the manager demonstrated poor judgment, a lack of customer service skills, and an unwillingness to own the restaurant’s error. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope retraining in customer relations is considered for management.

Today was by far the worst experience I’ve had at jumburrito. I ordered a smothered stew meat burrito and was served an absolute mess. Soggy food with hard over cooked stew meat. The drive through staff was extremely rude and only stuck their hand out for me to give them my debit card and give me my order. This location is an absolute joke for a food establishment.

They have the BEST Breakfast/Lunch Burritos! I love their Red Hot Sauce, because it’s more flavor than hot! Their food is Delicious! You definitely get your moneys worth! My one little complain is that I wish the staff/employees were friendlier.

So. I drove 8 min from local HEB to try and grab a quick burrito. They had high ratings and thought with a name like jumburrito, you’d think they knew how to make a decent breakfast burrito. A +25min line later (too hungry, and now late for errands…to return the food), here is what I got: al dente potatoes (gross), no avocado that I ordered (and paid for, see receipt), powdered eggs?, garbage tortillas (with handmade fresh tortillas at HEB down the street????) I paid $18.51 expecting two jumbo sized burritos and got bity burritos…when there’s a taco food truck across the street that I missed until at checkout for half the price. The foil broke apart (cheapest), and 25 cents for the water. $1.75 for a baby sized coffee. This customer journey was one of my worst.

I had the burrito with egg, potatoes, breakfast sausage, sautéed onions and cheese. A little overpriced for the size and the flavor wasn’t bad. They weren’t busy and the staff was friendly.
