The service was slow to start. We waited for quite some time never acknowledging our presence for a while. No complimentary water was suggested. The food was fair. It was a nice atmosphere on Sunday. Hidden clause (2 for $25.00 deal if not cautious) the third item on the list is not included. We was not told that. Our bill exceeded what we expected. The waitress didn’t explain or bring that to our attention!

Went to an Applebee’s after years. The service and the food were okay, our waitress decided to give herself an extra tip, not giving us back all our change. However the vibe in here was awesome. The bartender was so hospitable.
The all you can eat deal is worth it, just ask for less fries, as they get cold and soggy fast.

My husband and I really enjoyed going to this Apple Bees because of the service, food, and great atmosphere. Tyler, our server, did a great job providing great customer service during one of the busiest day of the year, Veterans Day! Great job, Tyler! You killed it 🙂

I HAD to try the chicken parm fettuccine as i always order chicken parm spaghetti but replaced the marinara with alfredo sauce.
The dish was delicious, everything was great. My only complaint is how thick the chicken itself is. The middle is quite dry and such a big bite to take. Now i love having more chicken always, but the chicken parm should be thinner, how it is traditionally.
The photo is taken a day after i first ate it. I added a splash of milk to revive the sauce, and microwaved for 3 mins. Perfect. Just like new. Again, only wishing chicken was thinner.
I LOVE the breadsticks. Better than olive garden.
You MUST have the spinach artichoke dip. Its perfect.
My boyfriend had the fiesta lime chicken, it was great except for the tortilla strips being a bit stale. He ate every bite nonetheless.
This was my first time having applebees, and doordashing it did not alter the quality of food. Came fresh and hot and portions are worth the money! we did 2 entrees and 1 app for $25+

Unbelievable. Placed a carry out order. Didnt check it – shame on me. Missing all condiments abd salad dressing. No eating utensils. No napkins. And the AI ordering system mistakenly added basket of fries and woildnt let me remove it!

Applebee’s has built a strong reputation for honoring veterans on Veterans Day, and experiencing it firsthand really shows why people speak so highly of them. From the moment veterans walk through the doors, the energy feels welcoming, kind, and genuinely appreciative. The staff doesn’t treat the day as a chore; they embrace it. Servers were incredibly patient, respectful, and attentive, even with the restaurant being packed. Every “thank you for your service” felt sincere, not scripted.

The generosity of offering free meals isn’t just about the food itself, though the meal was great, hot, fresh, and served with care. What makes Applebee’s stand out is the atmosphere they intentionally create. You see families, veterans of different generations, and staff all sharing a sense of gratitude and respect. The way employees balanced speed, service, and friendliness while still showing personal kindness says a lot about the company’s values.

Applebee’s truly makes Veterans Day feel special instead of transactional. They show appreciation not only through what they give, but how they give it. That combination of generosity, well-organized service, and heartfelt kindness leaves a meaningful impression. It’s something veterans remember, and it’s something deserving of real recognition and thanks.

This has to be the saddest Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. The ceiling tiles look like they’re from the 70’s; just covered in dirt and grime. They had only 2 servers working on a Sunday afternoon, and those folks were the sole saving grace of the experience. They were both friendly and helpful, despite having to serve a whole restaurant by themselves.

The poor hostess looked so frazzled when more people kept coming in to eat, but she added us and the next few families on to a waitlist. Eventually what I’m assuming was the GM came over and gruffly told her to split up our family of 5 into two booths. The hostess looked mortified as she asked us if it was OK for our family to sit separately.

She looked visibly uncomfortable around the GM, and I can’t say I blame her. Maybe he was just having a bad day, maybe things were just too busy, but he possessed not an ounce of customer service.

The chips for the dip were way past their prime. If stale could achieve another level, those chips succeeded.

We asked for a medium rare cook on our steaks, and it was just raw. My kiddo powered through hers but, my husband and I took most of ours home. I was thinking of reheating it, but the meat itself was grayish and so tough. It just wasn’t appetizing at all. If Gordon Ramsey had that steak served to him, he would have thrown it at the closest wall yelling about it being “raw.”

Cue 2 hours after lunch, and my daughter who actually finished her steak has a stomachache and experienced multiple bathroom visits.

The literal only saving grace of this whole thing was our server. She tried her best to make it a good experience, I truly think she deserves a better environment to work in.

I took a photo when we got home, but it honestly doesn’t do it justice. I cut off the top of the steak, which seemed the only safe piece to eat. The fat wasn’t rendered and the overall flavor and texture was off putting.

We didn’t address this issue with the manager as again, he seemed incredibly unapproachable. Not to mention if this is the quality of meat they serve, we did not want a redo of the meal.

Not only the worst apple bees I’ve ever been to. The worst restaurant ever. I ordered fries and a blonde that was told would only take 20 mins but took 40 mins. then when I check my food the desert brownie is hard as a ROCK and inedible. They need to close this place down!! I really never recommend this place to someone or return! Well I will be returning! To get a refund! I wouldn’t feed this stuff to my Dog!

Oh and I had to throw my fries in the deep fryer when I got home because they were under cooked

Our sever Navaeh was the worst. I’m not sure if she was on something or what, but she was horrible. She made us not want to come back. We visited here a few weeks ago after coming back from a trip and had a dinner date night with our friends. We ordered the boneless wings, fries, two impossible burgers, and everything was semi warm and just okay. I know none of this was her fault, BUT there was maybe a total of 8 tables in the restaurant, and for it to take 45 minutes and it be lukewarm wasn’t worth it. The boneless wings were dry and hurt my teeth, my friends impossible burger wasn’t supposed to have lettuce and tomato the put it on hers, and I ordered a side of fries and when we didn’t get them it seemed as if we bothered our server just to get them. When we paid our check, it took like 25 minutes just to get our cards back. She also seemed to have an attitude with the gentleman behind us when he had said the boneless wings hurt his teeth, and he needed bone in one’s. If I could give zero stars I would.
