Literally one of the craziest experiences I’ve ever had, waited forever for my food wash the employee make my burger halfway through then he walks to the bathroom and you can hear him beating on the wall in the bathroom then comes back and finishes my burger. Puts it in the Drive-Thru while I’m waiting at the counter. Some of the worst customer experience I’ve seen. Also plenty of cussing going on in front of customers

Most trash Wendy’s in town. Take an extra little drive to go to a better location. I went around 10 and ordered a chicken biscuit. (I know it’s the end of breakfast). I had to wait a couple of minutes, which would be no problem if the food was actually fresh. If y’all have hard ass biscuits, let the customer know you’re out instead of just serving anything. I’d rather been told that they were out of biscuits than this bs they served me. And it’s not the first time having an issue with this location. It’s always either a food or attitude problem

The sorriest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The food is mid and the service really deserved 0 stars. The employees were rude, and sat there and stared at us while our food sat on the counter fully prepared and bagged for about 5 minutes. The only plus was the manager offered a refund or a different sandwich when they were out of the original sandwich I ordered (after just giving me a random sandwich and hoping I wouldn’t notice). So one star over all but I would give 0 if I could.

I don’t care what nobody says about this Wendy’s on Cumberland. Every single time I order a honeybuddy biscuit with FRIES the fries are old or put back into the grease and these it’s just skin and it potato inside. This is the 5th time that I go get breakfast from here and the fries are HARD AND NASTY everytime you go back and tell them ATTITUDE AND RUDE. I hate yall location yall need better people that wanna be there and serve fresh food what is wrong with dropping fresh fries yall are lazy and disgusting nobody wants old fries and this is always the case yall need to replace yall morning cooks and the crew with better positive people that want to serve CORRECT AND FRESH FOOD how is this hard yall chose this job make the best of it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The fries are IMMACULATE, always hot and crispy. Service has always been good and fairly quick to me. I enjoy this particular Wendy’s above any other. Thanks guys

Been through your drive-through twice in the last two days, the food was fantastic good and hot fries were hot but your Coke products suck nasty horrible you would think you’d have this fixed within a day. I have to say this Wendy’s is the best location I have ever been to. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Wendy’s and I was pleasantly surprised. The place was packed and in no time the staff worked together to tend to us as fast as they could. In a few minutes all was settled and everyone was served. The food was hot, the chili was meaty(which is why I had stopped going to Wendy’s, not a fan of bean chili and NO meat), the chicken nuggets were fresh and hot. The restrooms were super clean. Kudos to the staff there today, thank you all for showing you care and doing an amazing job.
