Take a look at there prep counter when your order your food. If you wonder where food bourne illness is cultured this is your biggest example.
Used to wonder why I would get sick immediately after. Nope it makes sense now. 10 employees not one sanitizer bucket in sight. Not one person took it open themselves to clean the crusty food everywhere.

I ordered a burrito an hour ago and these people can’t even get a burrito correct have to sit here for 20 minutes on an online order, is this fast food or is this a restaurant that you were supposed to come and sit down and wait for someone to seat you? Can’t even get a freaking work on time because of these people! You try to order an hour early but no they still make you late! Thanks a lot appreciate your business!

The girl was rude. I want to speak with a manager. This is the woman who refused to serve me. I told her I wanted salsa , and I simply told her that that right there was not salsa that it was chopped up tomatoes , and she immediately got irate with me.

After staying away for a while, my boyfriend and I went back to this location because it is closer, and we were in a bind. They have gotten much better. I feel we get our money’s worth of food. And the service has improved as well. Still pricey on the extra steak, though. But they’ve greatly improved in every way.
Charging way too much for very small portions of rice, cheese, sour cream, etc. I can get more food that’s better quality and cheaper at Texas Roadhouse. And no back talk from employees or lack of customer service in general when I ask for extra.

I ordered door dash a veggie bowl. The entire thing about a veggie bowl is guacamole. I had nothing in my bowl but rice and beans and salsa. Totally not what I ordered. I am now having a great dinner. I don’t understand how you forget everything on an order.

I have tried this location a couple of times and I always get the same feeling. It feels like everyone hates their life. It’s always such an awkward interaction with the crew between 8pm and 10pm.
They charged me incorrectly for an order and when I asked them about it, the cashier scoffed. She then said it’s only $2. It wasn’t about the amount; I was just taken aback by her attitude at that point. Had she been more kind, I would’ve let it go but I had all the time in the world so I did ask them to correct it. They seemed so inconvenienced as if they had not been the ones to do something incorrectly. They also don’t really give you much meat. Think I’m done with this location.

Absolutely great and fast service ❤️ normally I know what I like to order but added chips and queso to my order but for some reason had the BEST EXPERIENCE because it was FAST! friendly but understood I wanted to get to the point I will absolutely be purchasing specifically from this chipotle again

I ordered from DoorDash at 750pm with 2 vb and a kids taco meal. Nothings worse than eating your food and locating plastic. Definitely a 1 star and if there was something lower I would give it. That’s absolutely disgusting

I’ve only done the online order, go inside for pickup. But my order is always correct and is delicious. Even when there’s a lunch rush, the wait time goes by fast. I will have to try eating at the restaurant soon.
