Food was amazing staff was sweet and kind. You can tell this is a place who has regulars come out not for the food but for there service. From the hostess to the waiter I had a great experience. Now the mimosa was good and my breakfast/brunch was amazing as well. My pancakes was huge my turkey BLT was good as well.

The food wasn’t bad. The pancakes tasted off. I can’t put my finder on it, but was just off. My son’s chocolate pancakes were way too sweet. The sunny side eggs were undercooked. The server wasn’t bad, but the food needed attention.

Went for breakfast with my little, 2yo and 1yo. Everyone loved the food! The breakfast sausage we really liked but it does have a little kick that my 2yo thought was spicy. The waitress was kind and made sure our coffee was full. My husband really enjoyed his beef hash and my little boy loved eating his Dino shaped pancake!

Not pictured: the amazing seasonal pumpkin pancakes that I can’t believe I haven’t tried after years of coming here. Sunny street is an amazing neighborhood centric space serving an amazing homestyle and creative brunch menu. We moved farther away from this neighborhood, but always try to make it a point to visit as often as we can. Family friendly as well. We love this place.

Um…. It’s amazing. Vibes are chill and comfortable and happy. All staff was respectful and cheerful and did their job well. Food is sooo good. This pumpkin pancake I’m eating right now? Delicious. I’ve already texted 3 people about it. I’ve also had eggs, hash browns, and sausage. No regrets.

If you like a filling, delicious breakfast in an environment that makes you temporarily forget how stressed out you are—then do yourself a favor and come here.

Great little breakfast spot and pancakes are pretty good for restaurant pancakes. Wish breakfast places offered real maple syrup instead of brown colored corn syrup. I would recommend sticking to eggs and pancakes here and avoiding the lunch items. I had a Reuben sandwich and the burger was definitely pre-cooked and burned, so by the time it was warmed up on my sandwich it was very dry with no juices. Luckily the sauteed onions gave the sandwich some moisture. I don’t like that the burger patty on my Reuben was not freshly cooked, but other than that, everything was decent.

What a find! We were on our way from a race in Fort Worth driving back to Denton and saw this place and stopped. So glad we did! We all agreed, this will be our new go to place.
The food was so good! Veggie Omelet = AMAZING, yes, I said it, sure the menu says vegi’s and egg whites which doesn’t sound amazing, but it was! The Cinnamon Roll Pancake was HUGE and really just spectacular. STUFFED Biscuits and gravy, seriously too good to even believe. The environment is friendly and feels like home. The coffee cups were always full.
Just so happy we found this place – YUM!
