We made our reservations beforehand and we got there on time. Our waiter Michael was AWESOME. He made recommendations and checked in very often. We ordered steak and ribs with potatoes. The food and drink portions were a VERY GOOD amount. The food was SO GOOD! I loved the ambiance and the entertainment. I definitely would recommend visiting anytime you’re in Panama!

This was the best food I had in Panamá. Everything was exquisite. The drinks were spot on. Service was excellent. The only concern for me( because I don’t love a loud environment) is that it was VERYYYY loud. The reviews did say that but I underestimated it. I would probably return during the afternoon or early evening which would probably be quieter. The entertainment was very elevated as you can see in the video. One of the more expensive places we visited but still had affordable options on the menu- and so that felt inclusive. Loved seeing into the kitchen

The food and service was excellent! We ordered several items to share. The Fuji Roll was super. One of the best rolls we have had in a long time. Why haven’t we seen “bang bang” shrimp on top of a roll before. The Lobster dumplings were delicious. Just don’t cover the dumpling in the sauce. The Short Rib Bao Buns were delicious. There are two on an order. We also ordered the Tempura Shishito Peppers. There are plenty of peppers to share for a group of 4. Note this may show as a roof top bar, but that was their old location. The new location is not a roof top bar.

SMH at the rage baiters on IG & Tik Tok who gave this restaurant 1 star! That was not our group’s experience, as those I tend to hang with don’t look for the party, they ARE the party! Salvaje was a whole vibe. Music was in point & kept us dancing in our seats while dining and out of our seats for the birthday shout outs & shots! Food was delicious & masterfully prepared via Robata (grill), with a special shout out for the steak dish since I got to finish cooking it table side…temperature and flavor can’t be beat! Other notables include the branzino, Brussel sprouts, and fried rice. What’s not to love about a place that will keep me fed & entertained?!

10/10, 5 stars isn’t enough. Not only was Herman the perfect waiter, but all of the staff was amazing. The decor is where luxury meets the WILD. The food is superbly gastronomic with Asian and Panamanian influence. The variety of flavors and dishes is vast. 2 days in, and this is by far my favorite restaurant so far. The mushroom dumplings and coconut tres leches are a must try, especially if you are vegetarian or have aversions to dairy and meat. From beginning to end, the experience was phenomenal. The live entertainment and music make Salvaje a luxurious interactive dining experience. The price point is inexpensive for the luxury experience they offer. If you’re celebrating an occasion, love a “good turnup,” prefer luxury dining or just want “wild” excitement, this is the place.

Came here with my sister and brother in law before my flight. Service was great. Table was a bit wobbly and we were sat right by the door for some reason. The restaurant itself inside is gorgeous but somewhat cold. The sushi was fantastic!
