Food is old and cold. They gave me 3 pieces of steak and 1 piece of chicken and then asked that I drive all the way back to return meal for refund and hung up in my face. General Manger is very rude is careless to public health. I ordered a party pack and 2 street steak chalupas $25.

We barely got what we ordered and I didn’t get the extra steak or extra cheese that I paid for! On the steak poblno quesadilla, the green peppers on my steak poblno quesadilla weren’t there either. they didn’t say whether, or not if they had ran out or not which is upsetting because I paid for all of that to not get what I want and paid for! RUDE RUDE RUDE staff. Can’t ever get an order right. Nasty attitudes toward us every time we order here. Skimpy, overpriced food. They won’t fix their mistakes and treat us like we’re a burden when asked to correct our food that THEY messed up. One hour and we have yet to get our one item that we paid for and asked to be remade because it wasn’t right. You need to properly train your staff members and management. Our food has been sitting on the counter to be remade for an HOUR and we’ve gotten nothing but nasty remarks said to us.

I gave my order at Drive Thru, nothing fancy, the #7 Menu Chicken Quesadilla, Mt Dew and 5 Soft Tacos. My order #167
I paid my $18 and came home. I’m not sure who was preparing the food, but as you can see, that Quesadilla should have never been served to a customer. How do you serve someone brunt food. They must have been thinking ” they are at Drive Thru, they will not see it until they get home”. All I will say is….. Here is the Proof and read some of the other reviews.

I understand that it was busy when I went and they were having trouble getting orders out but this is just unacceptable. I would rather wait longer for my food be actually made right than to get this. They’re always really nice but this as just crappy in my opinion

Decided I would order Taco Bell tonight, placed a mobile order 5 minutes before leaving the house and then drove 10 minutes to Taco Bell. Went inside and food wasn’t ready yet. Granted, it’s 8:00 at night and they had 4 cars in drive through and 6 people were at a table waiting for their food also, so I understand it’s probably going to take a little bit. I let the lady know my name and she gives me the ok. 10 minutes later the party of 6 all gets their food and the employees seem focused on the drive thru, I understand, I’ve worked in the fast food industry I don’t expect top tier service and that they are in a rush. 10 more minutes go by, it’s been 35 minutes now since I ordered and I’m starting to get a little frustrated. The lady comes up to me and lets me know one of the items I ordered is gonna take 4 minutes to cook, okay that’s fine 4 more minutes isn’t bad…. 20 minutes later I get my food. I don’t think any restaurant I’ve ever been to (even fine dining) has ever taken almost an hour to prepare my food and Taco Bell is FAST food. The other issue is the employees joking around and dancing and on their phones. You can’t wait till you guys don’t have customers waiting for food? I understand that it’s hard to get multiple different teenagers to stay in check while working but there is no reason anyone should have to wait an hour for their food at a fast food joint. The first time I went to this location a month prior I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through and the employee was extremely rude talking to me. I have bad service at a lot of places and I never say anything because I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but two times now at this location have been very unforgettable bad experiences and I just feel I had to say something.

Food was good. Service was a little slow but they were busy. The place was clean just not much customer service. The employees don’t talk to you you have to order your food yourself. The only thing they said was my name, no thank you or any good regards. It’s just the way fast food is going. Pretty sad!

Didn’t have 2/3 items I ordered and they also didn’t have some components for my 3rd item. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead. Drove 20 min out of the way to this location to order what my local taco bell didn’t have.

Excited that the Mexican pizza is back so I ordered it in the app along with a craving box. The hard taco was broken. The pizza had very few toppings. The side of potatoes was loaded with sour cream and nacho cheese but fewer potatoes. The soda was flat. The gordita was good.
My order was ready for pickup when I went inside and the staff was friendly. The restaurant looked clean.

Placed a mobile order at 1:30 for pickup in the drive through. When we got there they said come in to pick it up. We went inside and they said they won’t make it and to cancel it. But with more eye rolling and attitude than I can describe. There’s a few others inside waiting for their food, but they won’t take any more orders. Door says they close at 4, online it says 3, and we were there around 1:50. Not sure what their problem was.
