Freddy’s is definitely a go to.
This location has the friendliest staff members. They always seems to be happy, and in my experience, they go the extra mile to make sure your a satisfied customer. If anything was wrong with your order, let them know and they will make it right. That is what makes good customer service.

Not sure why I bothered with this place. To open and NOT have anything stocked is pathetic. They’ve got 8 people standing around doing nothing! Even the manager is worthless. Ketchup station out, fry sauce out, one register working. Never again.

Just recently opened and very busy but the service was still fairly fast. The burgers and fries are similar to steak & shake but faster and the taste was very good. The burger was well-seasoned, the fries were a little salty but fresh and hot. The custard (chocolate & vanilla) was creamy and very tasty. I really enjoyed the waffle cone-I had the single and it was plenty for dessert. If you’re just doing the custard you might want the double or triple. The also have a variety of sundaes and an Oreo or Nutterbutter (yes!) ice cream sandwich is available.
The staff was courteous and pretty conscientious about safety precautions (an occasional mask slip below the nose was noted but overall good).
My only disappointment is that they serve Pepsi products so I had to settle for a Dr. Pepper. There is no indication on the menu board that they have Pepsi products and they don’t ask if Pepsi is ok when you order a Coke. Small issue but important to me and a lot of other folks.

Extremely SALTY steak hamburgers ! On our next visit, we mentioned that our drive-thru attended and requested that our current order to ONLY be lightly salted , but we were told “That was not possible, due to pre-mixed seasoning used, and suggested to consider ordering something else than what we came for, but we decided to cancel our orders and go somewhere else. We were looking forward to having their unique French Fries !! We’ve stopped going there.

My all time fav is the chilli. It really taste homemade. It does not have beans. I like to order it with cheese curds and yes you can make it a combo. I added grilled onions to mine last time. Always ready to serve and service is great.

Pretty neat location, and great food this is a pretty typical steak and shake type of restaurant. You won’t find too many surprises here. They have good custard, and the burgers seemed fresh and we’ll prepared. May go again.

The food is absolutely fantastic. The fries were fresh. The steak burger was on point. Their employees are amazing. They gave great recommendations and their salted caramel concrete was the best addition to their menu. Definitely go try it out!

Even though this restaurant is on the other side of the city, it is well worth the 35 minute drive. Redstone Arsenal should have one on base…the food was delicious and well packaged. Customer service is very helpful,we will definitely return.
