Took my kids for an ice cream and ordered 4 Oreo McFlurrys… they gave plain vanilla ice cream with a tiny bit of Oreos sprinkled at the top. This is sad! Didn’t even see this till I got home.

Ordered ahead and was asked to pull into a spot and wait. No problem. But, then over 10 minutes later they brought me my order with missing items. Nothing crazy in our order and I watched multiple vehicles move through while I waited. Fries were dead by the time I got home. Disappointing for sure.

Now I remember why we as a family, barely ever go to McDonald’s if ever anymore. Tonight I was like what the heck let’s see if they have improved since last year or whenever. Nope same old bs. Employees who are pissed off you even showed up, wrong sauces with order, nuggets not fresh and it’s more expensive than eating elsewhere, by the way why are you guys so stingy with sauces to begin with. You look at other restaurants that are “THRIVING” ie, Chic fil a, Freddy’s anywhere really and they just hook it up crazy. I digress. We used to love McDonald’s, hell I think everyone grew up with it and has fond memories as kids but those days are long gone. With so many better places to eat at nowadays why would we choose McDonald’s anymore? Well we don’t. Way to expensive, poor service if any because you have to place your order at kiosks, orders are always wrong, food isn’t fresh and you have to haggle and pay for an extra sauce if you want one then they just give you the wrong one anyways. Way to much trouble and there is just too many other good places to eat at. This is why you guys are struggling with sales. Don’t bother sending any generic responses. We’re pretty much done at this point. You guys have lost all touch with the average American and I know plenty others feel the same way.

Good ‘ol Micky-D’s! It seems like it’s constantly busy BUT they seem to keep it moving. But I would avoid drive-thru @ dinner time. Line is always wrapped COMPLETELY around building when I go by around 5-6. At least they don’t lock their damnn bathrooms, so that’s a plus!

I went for breakfast and had a mobile order. They gave me the wrong order the girl didn’t even say hi or anything and no have a good day just handed the food out. I never have any bad experiences here but when I went in to fix it the dude at the front literally just said okay and never told his team about my wrong order. I waited 30 minutes and no one even comes up to you to ask if you need anything or waiting on something. Very disrespectful too I heard one of the managers say “well they should have said something” well maybe you should tell your team to communicate I told them twice about my order and nothing was done.

Food was mediocre at best. I definitely don’t condone letting GrubHub/Uber eats drivers park in handicap parking to fulfill their orders. While there’s two handicap individuals waiting to park in there designated spots (handicap plaques were hanging from mirror). Will be reporting to the appropriate state authorities about this matter.

Ordered a simple hamburger….it was so good!!! I also ordered a small lemonade no ice….. Saw slivers of pulp…looked like lemonade but tasted like pure water. What a disappointment!!!

This place never has anyone at the front counters. Tons of ppl standing around in the back no one acknowledges you as you stand there. I asked a poor kid running orders outside if they had anyone taking orders up front and he just said “no” I had to yell to a group of ppl standing around talking and ask if I could place an order. They all stared at me like I had 3 heads. Someone finally ran up and took my order. Some ppl still pay in cash and some ppl can’t use the kiosks for various reasons. The customer service at this place doesn’t exist, it’s pretty pitiful.
