Not what it used to be but still a good location to grab a quick bite. Service is friendly and fast with good selection of sandwiches a day salads for all tastes. Place was clean with plenty of daylight and plenty of tables for all group size customers.

I ordered the fugi apple chicken salad as part of my meal. There were about 4 crumbled apple chips in my salad, less than usual. I asked for more and was told it would be an upcharge. Even when I’ve ordered this salad and an appropriate amount of apple chips were included, I’ve requested more, I’ve never told there was an additional fee. This is not the way to keep customers coming back when there are more restaurants to choose from each day.

I had the tuna sandwich. I have never been in a Panera Bread before this time. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know.
I found the experience pleasant. Friendly folks and also helpful. They are decorative and functional.
After I ordered the sandwich, they let me know I could get that on a bagel if I wanted. I just opted for the standard bread they use. Offered chips, fruit, or a pice of sourdough bread. I took the bread to see what that was about. Would’ve been better with butter.
The sandwich was lovely; green leaf lettuce and tomato garnished the sandwich. Came with a pickle; discovered that after I ate half the sandwich. I’d order it again.
Location seems new so everything was super clean and in good working order.
I’ll go again.

The parking lot is really busy so I never park up close or it takes 30 minutes to get out of a space. The atmosphere would be a 10 if title were not for the blinding midday sun scorching your retinas while you eat.

I reviewed the old location before Panera opened a new location in a new building. The old location was plagued with problems with staff not knowing how to prepare food and missing items in orders.
So now I have been going to the new location for about a year. It started out good with most of my food and orders prepared correctly and not missing items. Now after they have been opened for over a year, the same old problems are starting. I ordered a full Strawberry Caprese salad, half Italian Market Salad and Mexican Corn chowder. In both the salads, the half and full, the bowls were only half full. The manager was checking and bagging the orders so evidently the manager is shorting people on the quantity of ingredients in order to increase profits and his bonus. My $10 full salad would be considered a small side salad in any other restaurant.
Total price for salad, half salad, and cup of soup was $28. Total amount of ingredients Panera used to prepare my meal was around $6.
The first 2 pictures was chicken noodle soup in my review 2 years ago at the old location. The next two pictures are the salad I paid over $11 for at the new location.

I like this new location. Much brighter and more cheerful than the old building. Staff is great, especially NeNe. She was very patient and helped me pick out a pastry and resolve a gift card issue.

I went through the drive through, the customer service was great the young lady was very nice.. but tbe food.. I ordered half a chicken salad sandwich..they gave me the butt end of the bread.. the chicken salad tasted bitter..now I remember why I stopped going there

I made it my business to leave this review. Yesterday around 5 or 6 I went through drive thru. I got the normal Panera bread greeting. But when I said just a moment the lady blew her breath like I was a inconvenience when the drive thru was EMPTY!! I drove off I don’t want to inconvenience nobody.

Scott the manager at the Hampton location went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and the way I wanted. He was very pleasant and took the time to really listen to what I needed with my complicated order. Thanks Scott! I will be back
