The food is somewhat salty, yet satisfactory overall. The atmosphere can occasionally feel unrefined, but it remains manageable. Patrons can enjoy their meals without concern for disturbances. My three primary complaints are as follows: Firstly, I noticed that some cooks were using their phones in front of customers, even while working at the grill, which is quite inappropriate; they did not attempt to conceal this behavior, as they faced customers with their phones visible. Secondly, upon entering the establishment, I alerted a staff member to a fingernail on the table where my food would be served. Instead of addressing the issue, he merely laughed and returned to cooking, which I found unacceptable. Lastly, the staff does not actively check on customers to ensure their satisfaction or inquire if they require assistance, which is an important aspect of good service. This review is based on at least five previous visits. Typically, I do not post reviews, so my decision to do so indicates significant concern regarding these issues. I would advise against recommending this location until these matters are resolved. Tables were dirty and plates were just sitting on an empty table for some time! I’ve had plate and dishes sitting in front of me for a while, empty and no one bothered to remove them.

You can always count on a good old-fashioned breakfast at Waffle House, and this visit was no exception. Eggs, waffles, sausage, and a bowl of grits were the perfect start to a chilly 7° morning.
Alyssa, our server, was fantastic! She made our breakfast even more enjoyable with her friendly and attentive service. She even noticed the sun in our eyes and proactively asked if we’d like the blinds lowered—such thoughtful care.
The music choice was also spot on, setting a great tone for the morning.

2 stars b/c I really liked my waitress & everyone was friendly except for management. Jukebox volume turned all the way down which was done before my arrival. No notification jukebox was turned all the way down. Asked why it wasn’t working when song was almost done playing they figured out it had been turned all the way down. Alyssa figured that out for me. The supervisors / managers Sherri & Chrissy acted like they wanted to fight me. That’s the only reason I went there was to spend money on jukebox. Supervisors tried to gaslight me abt the jukebox. While I had my 4 year old nephew sitting next to me Chrissy told me that this wasn’t a bar it was a family restaurant I told her she was rude to say that to me. I don’t even drink alcohol. That’s no excuse for the jukebox to be turned completely down with no volume at all. Anyhow my grits were cold my diced hashbrowns had big tomato cores in the tomatoes. I was totally disgusted with my visit & management. The rest of the employees were kind. I have 2 waffle houses in Huber heights where I live I eat at all the time. I just went here because I wanted to go to the mall. I could have stopped somewhere else but I came to this Waffle House. I will not make that mistake again.

There was a guy sleeping in a booth. Waitress never came to check on me until brought the bill. Overheard her cursing with a group that came in right before I left. Gravy was cold and unedible unless put it on hashbrowns which are already hot. Worse service ever had at a waffle house

Amazing friendly staff today at this Waffle House location. Clean and well organized restaurant and staff team. Food was hot and fresh and piled high for the low price. Coffee was fresh and stayed full during my visit. I plan to return again soon for another great meal! Ryan was amazing and very friendly, made sure I was taken care of.

Waffle house is always a good choice. Doesn’t matter if it’s 3pm or 3am. Food made to order and always correct! We received excellent service! The only thing I wanna know… Why the arctic temp? Best place for breakfast!!!

i received the absolute rudest service i have ever received in my entire life, my chest started hurting and i wanted to cry. our server kept yelling at us for HER getting our order wrong. it was insane. she scolded us like we were children. she brought us a total of 5 wrong orders and the order i did accept and said was mine was because she bullied me into taking it, we never even got our drinks after 30 minutes, we were fine, we were patient, it took us a very very long time to get rude back. it was the older african lady so the owner of this restaurant knows to please remind this women how to be a decent human being.

Great location and awesome waitress and cook. We stopped in for lunch and the place was busy. We immediately got Seated, the waitress was nice and friendly and quickly took our order. The burgers were delicious and cooked to perfection.

Great location! A little hard to find the right turn-in depending on what street you’re coming from, but worth it.
The entire staff was very courteous, kind, and attentive. The food came out fast and perfectly cooked.
