Is truck stop together and truck drivers need clean God meals and hot drinks but this McDonald’s is terrible service..

The service at this establishment is amazing sincerely amazing people go above and beyond to really work with you and help you at this establishment. I just want to say thank you so much. Everybody has a wonderful smile on their face and are always so helpful. The food is awesome.

I’m not a frequent “McDonald’s guy” by no means. However, I recently visited the Leesville McDonald’s because a friend had asked me to pick something up when on my way to help him with a project. And I was hungry myself, so I ordered a McRib and fries and a caramel frappe and I must admit that every single bite or slurp was delicious. McDonald’s has come quite a ways towards better food. The service was excellent too! Thanks to all who were working at that time for making a fabulous fast-food experience for me

We ordered biscuit sausage value meals and a buttered biscuit with drinks. We didn’t get our full order. It’s not the first time this has happened everything we go to McDonald’s in Leesville, Louisiana or the one on entrance road it’s the same thing, you do not get a complete order there is always something missing. What a rip off. I thought McDonald’s was better than this. Stupping to slowly ripping you off like this.

This location is a train wreck. Restrooms were filthy, took over 18 minutes to get my order. Which was only a 20 pc nugget fine in. All of the employees were just goofing off in the dining area, ironically eating chicken nuggets. Why let everyone take their lunch break at lunch time the busiest time of the day. I will not return.

I aint ever had a problem with the McDonalds on entrance rd as long as ive been livingggg here! But tn! MISS CHEYENNE, SHIANNE, HOWEVER IT IS SPELLED. Is a very rude employee! My coupon was for any large soft drink. I asked for a sweet tea, but they didnt tell me i couldnt get it until i got to the window. Okay cool i cant get it, but a drink is a drink rather its sweet tea or coke right ? I told her take it off. She asked if i wanted my receipt & before i could say no all the way, she shut the window in my face! I tried talking to the manager, but she honestly didnt care !!! Lol get them people out that store if they dont want to do their job!

I ordered on DoorDash last night and got the most terrible tasting food ever. The fries were way over cooked and the bun was so stale. I swear they just threw some old food in the bag. It was barely edible.

Stopped today on way home for a quick lunch. Wrong drinks, no French fries with order, and no cheese on cheeseburger but in a cheese wrapper. Had to go back and ask for fries. Wished I knew no cheese. .
