Good customer service is a hit or miss at this location. One of the managers has a really bad attitude. Like she hates her job or something. Why wolr somewhere you hate? The other two manager ladies I’ve never had that problem.

They made us wait in line for 20 minutes. They gave about 5 people their food, who ordered after us, before they got to us. They didn’t even give us the right sauce we asked for. The box our chicken nuggets came in was poorly constructed and it resulted in some of them falling on the floor. There was also a questionable black spot in one of them. Food was decent.

My husband ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese. He cannot eat cheese. The box even said “NO CHEESE”.. It was so smothered in cheese that it just went in the garbage, because he couldn’t salvage it.

Management was great. I had ordered at 10:32 but when I went to pick up at 10:40, I was informed the grills had been shut down for the night. The manager on duty did amazing with trying to help me get my refund. The girl operating the the drive thru window however was horrible. She threw what of my order was able to be made and locked the window as I was asking about the refund, which I did not get.
