I came to this location for the first time last Tuesday and I ended up getting the pepperoni crazy puffs I never had these so I wanted to try something new and I have to say this Location did a very good job prepping my food and making sure it was fresh, hot and ready to go when I came to pick it up I did do an online order. Honestly, I had low expectations, but I’m glad the outcome was a lot different than what I expected. This makes me feel like whenever I need a quick bite to eat. I’ll probably order from here again.

We just got a hot and ready and it was perfect. The ladys ahead of us where rude to the cashier and she was just nice back. Yeah she needs a raise for having to deal with some people. Thank for the great lunch!!!!

Some days are better than others in terms of food quality. Overall good quality. Customer service depends on who’s working. Some refuse to serve you through the drive thru if you have a large order, they’ll make you come inside instead handing you the food in portions.

Absolute trash customer service. The little girl that worked at the register on November 12 at 5:45pm has terrible customer service and clearly doesn’t want to do her job. I had my spouse pick up the food I ordered online on his way home and all he needed was our sauces that we paid for and she made him wait five minutes and said I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in here and she made me stand there for five minutes and literally ask can I get my crazy sauce in my jalapeño cheese is supposed to be with this order she has made the crazy sauce shit you can get the jalapeño yourself Not to mention I walk in and say hello and she just looks at me. No greeting or anything. I said I really don’t appreciate being talked to this way as a customer and you should really do a better job. That’s when she told me if I didn’t like it I can leave. I said not a problem, but I’ll let everybody know about you. Stopping hiring kids who don’t want to work or give good customer service!!!

Whenever I ordered it was a 15 minute wait. Wish it was faster. Area is bad. Other than that pizza looks good, the cheesy bread is slightly burned. Would not get the deep dish it made me sick.

Don’t get me wrong pizza is so good, but the morning people from this pizza spot do not know how to do pizza. In the night when i come it’s perfect but EVERYTIME i come during this lunch it just does not hit. morning people do better

I ordered two pizzas online, left home 10 minutes later, and still had to wait 15 minutes at the store, only for the pizzas to come like warm at best. Since the store is so poorly run maybe they were sitting there already done the whole time I was waiting???
To top it off, my “Hawaiian” pizza showed up as a sad ham-only pizza with zero pineapple. When I called, the manager flat out said she didn’t have any pineapple and there was nothing she could do about it. No remake, no discount, no store credit. Then she hung up the phone.
If you don’t have the ingredients, don’t sell the pizza. That’s like selling a sundae and forgetting the ice cream. Corporate, you really need to check on this store. They’re missing ingredients, serving luke warm food, and the management is unprofessional at best.
Unprofessional, rude, and a poor excuse for customer service. Disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover this store. I won’t be ordering from this pizza franchise ever again.
