⭐️ 1 Star — Worst McDonald’s Experience Ever!
I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches through Uber Eats, and guess what — they sent me only the buns! No chicken at all! Like seriously, just bread and lettuce. When I called the store, they told me to “come back and we’ll replace it.” I’m a truck driver, I can’t just drive back there — and taking an Uber would cost more than my whole order.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for chicken sandwiches, not empty buns. How does a restaurant mess up something this basic? Total waste of money and time. McDonald’s, do better!

I am shocked at level of unprofessionalism! I ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The fish was barely warm but the fries were cold. I politely returned the fries because they were cold. I few moments the lady came back with fries. You could see the steam coming off the top. I ate a couple and they were piping hot. I drove 2 minutes and got on the interstate and dumped them out in the fish container to eat them better. Behold, she had dumped out just enough fries to put hot ones on top gave me back the same cold fries. It was obvious because of the difference in color texture and of course the huge temperature difference. Unfortunately, I was headed to an appointment so I couldn’t go back to the store. I called the number on their receipt several times and no one answers the phone. Very clear why their franchise is struggling. Just a sad experience. If I had cursed her out or was rude I could understand. I was actually apologetic for asking for fresh fries that were not cold. I didn’t even mention the barely warm fish sandwich. Unbelievable, how humans treat other humans.
Update: March 3rd. I received a call from one of the store manager’s two weeks ago after filing my complaint through the McDonald’s website. Mgr said they would send me coupons and also refund me my money. Nothing has happened. She said really nice things on the phone but no action.

Everytime I go in there it’s super cold. I over heard a guest complain about the cold to one of the managers and they said they’ll do something about it… they didn’t. Not to mention I was sitting there enjoying my breakfast when the air conditioner comes on. The air conditioner! It was already freezing in there and they put the air conditioner on!? Also the little blonde girl that’s a manager has a major attitude problem if you’re a girl, but if you’re a man she’s all smiles and giggles.

I went through the drive through, the kid at the window was nice but when I got my order there was no meat inside my cheeseburger meal. I don’t know how one can achieve this level of laziness but the employee sure did. There was definitely no line in the drive through but I was still asked to pull forward and wait and then receiving my order incorrect was the cherry on top, I will not return to this Vista location.

I am so utterly disgusted with the performance these ducks gave tonight. Listen people, no accountability no responsibility and it smelled like unwashed bodies and super bad hygiene practices. I have only been in Reno since the 12th of this month. This is the 4th place I’ve eaten at that has totally dropped the ball. They need to get their lives together and be somewhat responsible and ensure the customer ges hot tasty burgers hot fries. I m lodging a complai with the damn owner of the establishment screw talking to management where r hey will keep it to themselves. Please people I explore you to give these ratings and be honest so the rest of us will know better then spend our money whereas not respected. These dawned people are robbing all of us period. Extremely SLOW and got orders completely mixed up on 3 levels. Couldn’t help me from the kiosk, so I had to wait 10 mins for my offers to refresh. Was supposed to be a quick stop and it took over a half hour for fries and a drink. Staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. Probably worst McD’s I’ve stopped at. Next time in Grass Valley, I’ll opt for A&W or Taco Bell.

This particular McDonald’s is pretty small. The service was average. We dined-in and the seating is limited, but kept pretty clean. The service was neither slow or fast.

No charging ports which is normally McDonald’s only redeeming quality. In my opinion the food is low quality and over priced and always leaves you hungry. But, that’s just McDonald’s for you. I guess the good part about this one is the cashier was good and friendly. But, other than her the other workers were kinda rude.
