This particular location of Mc Donalds is great! Very clean, food served up just how I wanted it and hot and fresh. The cashier was polite. The manager was efficient calling back orders confirming them and offering substitutions when one of the sodas ran out. She is absolutely a leader and a good example being polite and courteous to every customer and cleaning between serving up orders. Great communication with her team, too.If I had a restaurant I would poach her for my company!

Can’t believe it! I paid always $20 for a combo, Mc and 2 mini dessert. That is what I call Corp grieve and in the meantime the workers get paid only $10 per hour. Consumer and worker get screwed. Shameful!

This location is the absolute worse. I go through the drive thru. Didn’t get a total, they claim the total was $6.06. Checked the order that was incorrect and then this rude manager wants to argue with me at the window swearing up and down that what I ordered was not what they had and I got it all wrong. Girl just run me money back at this point. How hard is it to get an order right?

The food order was wrong, the food was cold, no salt or ketchup and the lady at the drive thru tried to tell us what we ordered. If there was zero for the food and service that is what my true opinion is.

Customer service is horrible. I ask them to replace the cold fries with some fresh hot ones the lady stated “Nah she’s doing too much!” I’m sure if it was her ordering food she would want fresh food too. They really need to work on giving good customer service!

I had an issue with my payment because they took two different payments, but they didn’t give me a receipt but my bank flagged me so when I went back inside to talk to the manager, she was mad and said she’d wanna deal with it. She was fixing to get off work. She didn’t have time for that. She told it to my face. So then she told me the other manager would take care of me so I went back to the truck to get my receipt. There was no receipt in the bag so she looked it up on the register and realize what I have paid and then walked away from me and wasn’t even helping the other customers And two people walked out. And act like I was an inconvenience because she wanted to get off of work now this is a manager.

Trash in the ice machine and in my drink, nobody will help you. There’s never any paper in the receipts for the ordering inside and the staff is very unfriendly not recommended at all.
