Place was filthy for this early. Staff was slow to acknowledge customers in the store. The kiosks were out of receipt paper and table tent numbers. Counter didn’t have any napkins and tables were dirty. I had to clean one so we could eat. Definitely do not recommend this McDonald’s!

not sure if it’s corporate telling them or if they’re taking it upon themselves when ordering to tell you what you’re wanting (ex “With a coke? – instead of asking, what would you like to drink?) it’s super rude and unprofessional to not let the customers finish their order or to assume what they’re going to want.
The lady at the first window never reaches out to take your money or to give it back to you so I’m always having to basically open the whole car door just to reach her this.
last time that I went was the last strike for me usually sauces or fries are forgotten and I let it slide, but my entire order was wrong today. I got the meal deal with a double cheeseburger only cheese and pickles. There was no barbecue sauce. There were only three nuggets in the four count box and there was big Mac sauce in my burger. When I called the store to let them know how much of an inconvenience this was for somebody with a limited time for lunch break, all they said was that I still had to go back to the store for a resolution. will definitely not be returning and will definitely be telling people to avoid this McDonald’s if they can.

No one really said anything much.
I stood at the counter for about 8 mins waiting for my mobile order that said it was done but wasn’t and no one asked me anything.
I had to say is that my order #1695 about 5 mins later & she just placed it on the counter and told someone else to get the smoothie which took another 5 mins.
And that person just placed it to the side, no tag on it but I was the only waiting at the counter and it was a medium strawberry banana smoothie so I took it.
Now I know why I don’t go there but forgot about the service and there was a lounge outside to order and cars parked to the side waiting on their orders..

I get that it was the lunch rush, but they had what looked like 3 managers and nobody managing. They had nobody working the counter, 2 people running food outside and I had to stop someone just to ask for my cup and got an eye roll and a huff as they did so. I get that drive thru and curbside are important, but the people inside your store actually watching you should be just as important. Myself and at least 3 others waited as much as 15 minutes for our food. That would be great if I’m at a steakhouse, but not fast food.

At this point why even have a 24 hour store? The employees do not want to work and management allows this after 9pm. I turn my car off in drive thru. Fire everyone and just close the store at 9pm for the sorry slackers who NEED a job but can’t comprehend the trade of DO AS I PAY. With no costumers, no money to be made so no paychecks to hand out. The damn machines make up to 15 patties per 3 minutes. How bad could you not keep that in rotation to feed double cheese burgers while a box of nuggets carries 40 nuggets per bag ! Four bags a box, for 5 minutes to cook. <<<<< all this while waiting in line for 15 mins for an employee to say “I’ll be right with you”. I used the mobile app, can’t even get my prepaid food.

Waited half an hour for my curbside order and when I went inside to ask about it it had been ready sitting on the counter, got to my car and was missing items. At that point I just left I’m not gonna harass someone over a sandwich but just don’t waste your time coming here it was ridiculous.

This has to be the worst managed McDonald’s in Corpus Christi. I placed a mobile order and 35 minutes past without receiving my food after being told to go to spot 2. I had to get down and talk to a manager in order to get my order. They obviously gave my order to someone else. They didn’t bother to give me fresh food, when I got home down the road the food was cold. When I was waiting to get my order, I saw the workers just tossing the food in the bag and getting refills from the fountain drink repeatedly. Everyone working there seemed like they had attitude and didn’t want to be there. I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again. Drive further down spid for a different one. Whoever is the franchise owner of this McDonald’s needs to be aware of their employees driving business away.

Slowest McDonald’s in this area for sure. Not understaffed. Waited forever for one cheeseburger and they forgot to give me a cup for drink so I had to wait even longer in line. Lots of people in the back, so they aren’t understaffed just really slow…

The person on front kept going back and forth and at some point stuck her hand in a basket of fries with no gloves and bagged it. We waited about 20mins and got no updates. I saw roaches crawling on the kitchen floor and the floor itself was trashed. Drinks employees were drinking were on the line. As a past manager of a fast food restaurant this was unacceptable.

If I could give zero Stars I would the last three times I’ve tried to order breakfast from this particular restaurant between 9:00 and 10:00 normal breakfast hours they canceled my order every time every time! And then when you try to call them to figure out why the hell they canceled your order nobody wants to answer the phone this is the worst McDonald’s in Corpus Chrissy and I live in North central Corpus so that’s saying something
