We celebrated my son’s 28th birthday here and had such a wonderful experience thanks to our amazing server, Addy. She was personable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make the night special. She surprised my son with a dessert, a candle, and even a birthday card signed by the whole team, such a thoughtful touch!
We’ve been coming to Red Lobster for my son’s birthday every year for 28 years, and Addie made this one extra memorable. If you want a great dining experience, definitely ask for her, you won’t be disappointed!

Really no wait at all when I arrived and I was greeted right away as soon as I entered and seated right after. The food here is so good and never disappointed what so ever. I definitely made sure I tip the servers for their hard work.

I’ve heard it said that ‘good things come in small packages’. After stopping here for lunch, I have to agree! This seemed to be one of the smaller Red Lobster’s that I’ve visited recently but it was a GREAT decision! Some of the best prepared food, excellent service (including an above average degree of camaraderie amongst the staff), and some decor that I don’t recall seeing at other locations. It’s not unusual for me to be the first customer to show up when restaurants open for lunch (and this was no exception) but after sitting down for only a couple of minutes, there were already a half dozen parties who came in after me. Apparently this review isn’t exactly ‘news’ for some of the locals!

Never felt so ripped off as this before – Got bamboozled into going to this Red Lobster location for my birthday because my three youngest children all got free meal coupons for straight A report cards. What I really disliked was the dishonest menu details – or should I say possibly the dishonest management having their money grabbing excuses for not honoring what the menu says. Things got going pretty slow (took a while to get biscuits) and they were not at all busy. The first real disappointment came when I asked for a refill of my lemonade based drink… On the menu immediately above the drink that I ordered it specifically said “Free refills on lemonades, soda, etc….” When I asked for a refill the waitress said she would have to charge me for it. Scratch that, took a glass of water instead. Additionally, the meals that we ordered (aside from the kid’s meals) all said that they came with “two sides”. Imagine my surprise when I got the bill showing that every meal ordered with two sides had been up charged an additional $4.50 for the second side. I had a friend who posted a really bad review about this establishment about a year ago and I thought it couldn’t be quite as bad as he said. Well, I was wrong. We ordered four different meals, aside from the kid’s meals, and averaged over $60 per meal by the time we got charged dishonestly (over $240 before any tipping). I could have enjoyed many meals at a mom & pop restaurant for what was laid out at this place. We will not be revisiting this establishment regardless of any coupons awarded to my children. Other people’s reviews and this experience… I’m done with ever considering Red Lobster in the future regardless of location

We had such a great experience at Red Lobster Peru celebrating a family birthday. The food was outstanding — everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor just like we were in Bar Harbor, ME. Our server Andrea offered sincere customer service and thoughtful menu suggestions. Between the delicious food and Andrea’s exceptional service, it was an all‑around fantastic visit!

The place didn’t have almost anyone (staff and customers both) when we arrived there on Labor’s day weekend dinner. Waited for 10 minutes before a staff member came to the desk. And then asked us to wait another 10 minutes since they were cleaning tables and also short staffed. The waitress then seated us on a wet table and came to take our order and she seemed exhausted. The other older couple that walked around the same time as us, asked her if she’s ok and the waitress broken down with tears falling off her face saying she was working for the past 12 hours on 2 hours of sleep. They were severely understaffed for that day. Food was absolutely great no complains on that, but the service of the restaurant(not the server) was disappointing. Hoping she’s doing fine and hope the restaurant is staffing people properly.

Ordered Ultimate Feast portions of items were very small compared to previous visits. Was not asked what sides I wanted so I didn’t receive anything but the shrimp,lobster tail and 2 very small clusters of crab legs. My fingers were longer and thicker than the legs I received. Table and seats were sticky with crumbs all over. Very disappointed in this visit. I will think twice before going back.
