I tried their pizza challenge. It was fun. The gluten-free pizza was good, too.
– Pizza 28” Challenge – $35: Super thin, but soft and fairly good.
The crust was dry, tough, chewy and was fairly plain. The pizza was easy, but the crust was very hard. I saved the crust for last (a tactic I learned from another competitor), but in this case, I think you need to eat the crust along the way so you don’t get tired of chewing it all at the end. Break it up.
I failed by one slice and almost all the crust I saved for the end. It sounds like the challenge is undefeated currently. Someone has to beat it. It is well within the possibility compared to other challenges out there. Though it is 28” and that sounds huge (it is huge), it is actually thin enough that it is still very much possible for those who train for it.
I’d have to guess it is 4 pounds. I weighed it at 3.5 pounds, but we couldn’t get it to balance well enough to take our hands off of it to get an accurate measurement. 28” is huge!!!
– Pizza 9” – $: Fits on a plate. My daughter ate it and reported it was good. The crust was plain.
– Cauliflower Pizza 12” – $: Except for the amount of cheese, it would have been my daughter’s new favorite gluten-free pizza.
– Service: Super helpful and cheerful. She was new, but it didn’t show at all. She was very proficient and amazing!
– Atmosphere: Clean. A bit on the darker side, but not bad. There is a higher ceiling and voices probably carry very easily. We didn’t experience that too much since we stopped by during a slow time.
– Conclusion: I’d certainly recommend this place for many reasons including the cheerful staff.

It was overall an okay experience. The server was friendly, she seemed interested in making a connection with us. We were disappointed with our drinks, however. My drink was missing the tajin rim and my bf’s smoked old fashioned had no signs of smoke in taste, smell, or visually. Server went to the bar to ask and came back to tell us they smoke the glass before putting the drink in??? Weird, but okay.
They didn’t have the ingredients for one of their specialty pizzas which we found out when the server came back after we ordered. It kind of seemed like she was new, but we didn’t ask her.
The food did come out eventually, but mine was not super hot, like it sat under a lamp for a few minutes while they made my bf’s alternate meal.
Overall, fine. If you have the “best pizza”, you should always have the things needed to make said pizza. A smoked drink should at least have *some* level of smoked smell or taste.
Looks like a fun place to watch a game, but for basics like beer and pizza- but only if you prefer pepperoni only.

Service was great! Haley is a great bartender and worked her butt off to take care of us during a very busy night. The food however is a different story, the pizza is very inconsistent, with the only constant being that the toppings are always lacking. While our order was technically correct, two minuscule bits of sausage per slice of pizza is not what we were expecting. I feel the kitchen is always short staffed and management could do better.

Our waiter was excellent! I’m not sure his name but he was wearing a Jarrod Goff shirt, which is already a bonus ! He was kind and thorough in everything he did. The pizza puffs were an excellent side to go with our exquisite pizza.

What in the world has happened here!?! Haven’t been to this Flo’s in a couple years because I thought it was bad back then. First, there were managers or something walking around cold, laser beams for eyes inspecting tables and nearly making the guests feel unwelcome. I kept feeling like “what am I doing wrong that they don’t like?” We had FOUR different people come up to our table asking about my mom’s glass of ice all within about a minute of each other. Hard to have a conversation. The salads were great, seemed fresh. But it took us 35 minutes to get our wings…. And the worst part is that they were tough, like raw tough, super crispy on the outside and tough on the inside. I do not think they were fully cooked through and I have been nauseous and throwing up since then too. Hoping to feel better today. It had been years since we had gone to Flo’s because it was bad then and apparently it’s gotten worse. Our server Victoria was great though, the best part of that visit was being able to bless someone with a nice tip! Merry Xmas Victoria. Flo’s, I hope you can turn this around for the sake of the community.

Lunch with my husband was delicious today 🙂 We started off with fried pickles, which were hot, crispy, and tasty! We then shared a Margherita Pizza, which was also hot and equally as delicious. The balsamic drizzle on top was a nice touch. Our waiter was attentive and kind. Aside from it being a tiny bit cold inside the restaurant, the atmosphere was nice as well. We’ll be back!

WOW!!! BEST PIZZA I’ve had in a long time!!! I loved the margarita pizza with fresh tomatoes – I added the hot honey glaze drizzle – YUM 10/10 I would move to Michigan for this pizza. we ordered to-go.

We used to go here about once a week, but they’ve changed. The last time we got a pizza, we ordered sausage and peppers and got *one* chunk of sausage and *one* little piece of pepper on each slice. Recently, they started charging $30 for a bottle of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay (the most popular Chardonnay in the US)—they don’t sell it by the glass anymore. We’ll probably just go somewhere else.

Place has good food and drinks. However the host staff blows. We waited nearly 30 minutes for a table when my party of 3 seen 7 tables open! There was people in front of us that have been waiting longer than us!. Then to top off the hosts friend / boyfriend thing shows up and immediately gets sat into a booth where a family of 4 could have easily been seated that was waiting longer than us. Kinda foolish if you ask me. Reservations should be a thing considering people have been standing for nearly a hour when there is clearly tables open… and to top the review off it took them 20 more minutes to bring us any kind of a drink…

my first visit to Flos Pizzeria and Sports Bar on Post Road in Belmont Michigan… nice clean place .. well maintained.. food is top shelf and also more expensive than other places so be aware.. nice outdoor seating area and be aware there is additional parking behind the building.. this place is larger than the Greenville and the Rockford locations
