It was amazing! I pre-ordered and it was ready by the time I got here! I dined in and they assisted us! Checked up on us and gave us mandoo on the house! I loved it! Would definitely recommend! 10/10! Andres loves his job and keeps checking up on everyone! Should def get a raise!!!

Was our first visit. The 2 gentleman working was very pleasant. As we walked in we were greeted & very patient with us. They also made suggestions of flavors thank you. The only 1 thing that needs attention is the Restroom,please & thank you other then that keep up the good job..

Excellent communication and Great Customer Service! We were greeted upon entering by Andres and his staff. They recommended that we order the new wings and even told us how long it would take. He came over, thanked us for coming in, and invited us to come back. We’ve been to other locations, and you don’t get the same service there. Highly recommend!

I am sorry but this is probably the worst Korean food ( If it’s considered as Korean food seriously) that I had in my entire life. We were looking for a Korean tofu house on Google map and this popped up. I was hesitant as it is a chain, but gave it a try because of the 4.7 score review. Food tastes horrible . We throw away most of it. I want to mention that the service was nice, just the food was horrible.

I was given a couple mandoo’s while I waited, soooo delicious!

Amazing food. That’s why I come here. But y’all get one star for service. I work long hours and love the food, you have a posted closing time of 9 PM and this is the second time I have driven over here before 8:30 PM and you guys are already lights out. Change your google info or hire workers that are willing to work until closing time. To the owner: how much money do you think you’re losing when you close before 8:30 PM? I saw two other vehicles pull up next to me and back out. Honor your open hours or change them on google. Y’all lost at least 30 on me and my kids meals.

Very friendly staff and the food was hot and tasty. The store was nice and clean when I visited, but the overhead speaker system was pretty static-y and occasionally skipped. Overall, would visit again.

I’ve been here several times and enjoyed the food. The issues I’ve repeatedly had are a lack of order details being correct, items missing from the bowl itself, staff that couldn’t comprehend what i or another customer was saying (even with a translator gpt app) and a lack of cleanliness in the main area and bathroom. Every time i go they fail to mark the containers so my coworkers and i have to really dig through our bowls to see whos was whos. Sadly when it comes to not marking the bowls, we also had no idea who had which heat level so we’ve started to all get the same as it’s very inconsistent here. They may be better in the evening but we’ve had poor experiences during our lunch hour so we’ll be going elsewhere for a long while til they hopefully fix some issues there. Good food none the less.

This location is so hit or miss when it comes to your sauces. I asked for extra sauce on my delivery and I basically got none, and I also asked for the lime sauce and didn’t get any. I’ve had this problem enough to the point I don’t even order for pickup anymore because 9 times out of 10 I get the driest bowl. This location you have to go inside the restaurant in order to get exactly what you want. As someone who works food service, online orders should hold the same standard as in person orders
