Food here is absolutely delicious!! Started the night with 4 cheese tortellini which was so light. Caesar salad (sadly no pic) beautiful presentation and fresh.
Entrees were a roasted chicken with veg. Can’t believe I have to rave about the carrots. Perfection on a plate! Chucked was amazing. The special today was scallops, which are a personal favorite. And they did not disappoint, every mouthful divine. Deserts were a great sweet treat! Spiked pumpkin pie was better than most bakerys make! Apple bread pudding was delish!!!
The waitstaff was GREAT! Friendly, warm, and funny. Ask to sit in Laura section.
Come here !!!!

Visiting from AZ and we were walking around the city. We were hungry and looked at menu outside. Looked amazing so we came in. Luckily we came at a great time because we were able to get in without a res. So happy we did! Thus place is under rated at 4.5 stars. The atmosphere is cool, service was amazing and the food!!! AMAZING! We started with 2 martinis, peach and pear with the smoked Mac n cheese. All were amazing! As far as entrees we ordered the chicken blt and salmon. The chicken was so flavorful and so was tasty. As far as the salmon with citrus, corn, and couscous…..Wow! Never have had salmon this juicy. I ordered it medium. It almost felt like it was in butter but it wasnt. You wont be disappointed!

Very enjoyable brunch Sunday. The staff was really great, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the mimosa flights selection, and the Flatbread appetizer, all before a Broadway matinee. In addition one of us forgot their wallet and glasses. Not only did the restaurant hold these for us but they also called and left a message that they found them. Very much appreciated!!

Officially had our second dinner in a row here as our new pre-show ritual and this couldn’t be beat. WE LOVE IT HERE.
Paul made sure we were comfortable and catered to. We arrived a lil early so sat at the bar until we were called for and given incredible service from Walter a second night in a row!! His hospitality and care felt like family.
We had soup of the day, a fabulous squash dish w shrimp and their bread pudding and the Montepulciano red was a fabulous bottle to share.
We have one dietary gluten/dairy free need and this menu accommodates that with ease.
Meeting the staff here felt like a highlight of this city. We’re so grateful to have been able to dine here – this will absolutely be our go-to spot when we return.
And to Walter and Paul – thank you SO much for your hospitality, care and humour. You’re both such a treat to meet and be cared under!

We visited on a very cold, late night in Midtown Manhattan, and Glass House Tavern was one of the few places still open past 12 a.m. They welcomed us warmly and provided genuinely friendly service with a smile. The atmosphere was cozy with a great vibe, and the food was good and satisfying. While the space can be lively and a bit loud—as expected for a tavern—it adds to the character. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a solid recommendation for a late-night meal or a relaxed dinner in a comfortable, welcoming setting.

Glass House Tavern is a fun time with the coolest team in NYC. Right in the heart of all of the dazzle of Broadway, Glass House is a great choice for anyone visiting before or after seeing a show. Went there with my best friend after seeing a show and grabbed seats at the bar while we waited for our reservation. Well, we ended up having such a fun time with Freddy and Jaime, our bartenders, that we just stayed put for the rest of the night. The hostess was a kind soul who was so helpful and welcoming. The music was fun, enjoyable, but not overpowering to the vibes. The food was delicious….try the calamari just for that dipping sauce alone. The highlights were the drinks which were perfection!
Go to Glass House… you’ll have a good time!

I went to the Glass House after seeing Cursed Child on Christmas Eve to treat myself to a fancy dinner before heading home. The place was very nice, low lighting and soft music playing compared to if I was originally going to Hard Rock instead. (No shame to HRC, but it’s sometimes nice to sit somewhere quiet after seeing a play, stage door and walking through the huddle and bussel of NYC)

I had a reservation just incase it was busy due to the holiday and the place was barely packed (so bonus that it didn’t feel over crowded). I’d definitely recommend one pending the day of week or holiday to be safe.

I was greeted by their host and felt very welcome for a party of 1. I was sat at a nice table but didn’t feel alone. And had a nice view of the restaurant. Staff was amazing and very accommodating on any allergies or diet restrictions.

I had their chicken pre-fixed dinner and was very affordable to even have a dessert included. From their menu they do have a great wine/ alcohol selection but I stayed with water to keep hydrated during the day. So I can’t give any wine recommendations for now.

They do have a small menu but I think that way they can focus on quality over quantity. Their Pre-fixed menu is also a nice bonus for those on a budget but can still get an app, main and dessert.

If you’re looking to experience a high-class meal but not feel over fancy, the Glass House Tavern is a great choice.

I’m unsure of any dress codes but if coming from seeing Harry Potter, wearing house uniforms or sweaters are an easy way to fell dressed up without overthinking it.

From the moment you walked in you feel very welcome. My friends and I went for a couple of drinks, appetizers and desserts. The drinks were delicious, specially the holidays cocktails. The appetizers we shared were great portions and the desserts were amazing. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Went here for a quick bite before a Broadway show with my daughter and we both enjoyed our picks. We stayed at a table by the bar so the choices are different from the upstairs menu. I was so delighted at the dish and all the flavors. I had chicken blt with avocado and aoli sauce on the side with rosemary fries. SO GOOD! The service was quick and very friendly. I’d definitely go back.
