First timer. Went during lunch hours on a Tuesday. Wasn’t crowded, hostess/waitress/bartender was courteous and prompt. Got the personal Fat Cat’s All the Way pizza and the Philly Sub. I’ve had better subs, could use more toppings or something lol. The pizza was killer. Perfectly fluffy but crunchy crust. On the thicker side, but definitely not too thick. Would absolutely recommend you buy a pie. Sweet tea was excellent as well.

Hosted a baby shower a few weeks ago and I encountered a really rude worker. She needs to work on her customer service skills. I didn’t care enough to get her name but it was enough to make me decide to never book their party room again. I was told that I could hang decorations up as long as I used painters tape but when we came in and started to decorate, I was told the opposite. They said “We just repainted the room and if you hang anything up, you will forfeit your deposit”. Mind you…the walls looked like this all over

Don’t underestimate this place! It probably has the BEST SALAD in the whole city! & they’ve got the good ranch too that comes in the big soufflé cup! Ohh I’m in high calorie heaven here

Horrible service! Waitress kept messing things up and forgetting to bring our food/drinks.
We ordered “boneless wings” and they ended up looking like meatballs, but way smaller. Taste awful. They also add their own tips! You’re better going ANYWHERE else.

The families favorite pizza by far. The food is outstanding!!! We always enjoy the food and atmosphere. But recently the customer service has not been top notch. Waiting for service and waiting for drinks. This is the first time I have ever had a waitress her own gratuity to our bill and the service was definitely not worth what she added. We will be doing more take out moving forward.

I would like to share that is took a whole 50 minutes for our food to come out. you ask yourself, maybe they got a lot of food, no. we ordered a large cheese pizza. 50 minutes. probably about how many times i heard the phone ringing. i would’ve gladly answered it myself just for a little quiet. restaurant was not busy what so ever. I will say the pizza is good but not worth the wait. so if you’re looking for a great way to waste two hours on your birthday this place has got your back!

One of my favorite places in Lancaster, pizza has a thin crust, sweet sauce and everything else we have had has been delicious. Don’t forget to try the garlic bread with cheese, it’s amazing. We have bought these just to make meatball subs before, so good. Love it when small businesses have a great product as well as people.

I had quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had as a customer at Fat Cats tonight. I ordered a small stomboli with cheese and mushrooms, and my mom a personal cheese and mushroom pizza. Both of which were over cooked to the point of it crunching like a cracker and leaving our mouths sliced up, and the toppings on both were virtually non existent. This pizzeria has been my favorite for years, but recently, the prices have gone up and the quality has gone way down. Can’t believe that they thought it was okay to send both a pizza and a Stromboli out the window that were practically paper thin and over cooked… don’t know if this is a problem with the Sunday night crew now, or if they’re cutting costs by making their products scarce on toppings and cheese, but something’s gotta give… won’t be coming back any time in the near future… very disappointed.
Edit: forgot to mention that they also cross contaminated by adding in spare olive surprises in both the pizza and the Stromboli… it’s one thing to have them be able to be seen on your pizza but to bite into one when you’ve barely had any mushrooms in your Stromboli as it stood…? Absolutely disgusted.

I love this place, but today I went through the drive through with my Husband and we were both very disappointed. Food is great, the young lady working the window was super nice. On the other hand, there were a group of girls in the back gathered around a table eating what looked like Taco Bell directly next to the table that food is prepared on. Very disappointing, workers should be more hygienic.

We all love the sweet taste of Fat Cat Pizza! My adult boys all want Fat Cats when they come back home to Lancaster! Other favorites include deep fried mushrooms, potato skins, pickle spears and the salads are always fresh! Actually I don’t think there are ANY bad menu items at all?! Ample parking, clean restaurant and good service since they first opened! BTW if you haven’t tried their baked lazagna, you are missing out!! It is truly baked to perfection!! BTW, the beer is always COLD and you cannot beat their prices!!! Bar is nice and tv’s are large for game day!! Thank you to Travis who always gives great service!
