TERRIBLE. If zero stars was an option, it would be to many….
Ordered via screen in lobby. Waited 15min. Never had an employee acknowledge me, nor did I get my order. Went to the drive through and reordered, they gave my order to another customer…..waited at the curb for them to get the order together and our Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits had NO EGG.
You can’t make this up!!
Will not be using this location again.

I have had alright experiences here in the past but the last few have been nothing but HORRIBLE. It is constantly dirty and not taken care of. I have attached photos of how utterly disgusting it is. Also, the service is terrible. I went in one night on my way through town and wanted to pay with cash. I kid you not, it took at least 12 minutes of them walking past me for pickup orders until I finally went back there and asked if someone was going to take my order. They proceeded to give me sas after this. I would highly recommend not giving this establishment any support!

Why can’t I rate this location 0 stars? I have to bring my food back in consistently because there’s just no quality control involved here. There’s just no reason I spent 6 bucks on some soggy fries and a bitchy attitude from the employees

DO NOT GO HERE! We paid for a full meal including a big Mac meal and a hamburger meal. They instead of giving us the food we paid for they gave us a bag of FRIES. Who wants just fries???? Don’t waste your time here

Service here was decent. I had a new person working the order desk, but he asked questions as needed of his trainer and did good job.
The restaurant was a little dirty, but I was able to find a clean table. An employee cleaned the tables while I was eating after people cleared out of the tables.
The food was very good. I really like the signature bacon smokehouse burger and hope McDonald’s keeps this around for awhile. I typically don’t eat at McDonald’s since I prefer their competitors sandwiches, but this smokehouse burger is something their competitor does not have and this sandwich is awesome and full of flavor.
The fries were hot and crispy and great, which is something McDonald’s seems to have perfected.
McDonald’s Coke mixing is the best, meaning the way it’s machine mixes and dispenses Coke provides the best tasting Coke anywhere. Every McDonald’s is the same in this regard.
The restroom was clean. My only complaint is the hand dryers, they take a couple cycles to dry your hands. This site could use upgraded hand dryers.

Had a horrible interaction today with one of the McDonalds establishment employees on gateway, I believe her name was Shelby.

This is what I get every time I order a large fry and I’ve called on many other things that have been messed up and they always say let me get your name and address and I’ll send out a meal card I’ve heard that about 10 times and I’ve still never seen a meal card this McDonald’s is ridiculous and the management is awful they raise the prices to pay employees more and the employees still don’t do their jobs is it really that hard to fill a fry container if you need to get paid 20 an hour to fill fries and can’t even do it properly then you might need to consider going on social security disability because toddlers can even fill a dang fry container

The inside of the building smells gross. It makes me think of the smell of a humane society oddly enough. Very slow service with no one paying attention to the front counter. I went up to ask for a couple waters I forgot to add on our order and the way the employee spoke to me and looked at me it was very clear she was annoyed and thought I was an inconvenience. After making my request for the waters she said nothing and walked away. I never got those waters. When we finally got the food we had to go to the counter to get it even though we were dining in, and had been instructed to grab a table tracker. We only knew our food was up there and ready because another customer asked if it was ours. The food was was warm but didn’t taste particularily fresh, which surprised me as they were busy. The fries had barely any salt.
The restaurant was surprisingly busy for 9pm. So I did go in expecting delays and trying to give some grace. Even so however this visit was poor at best.
