I ordered online and when I arrived, the order was not ready yet. No problem. I sat at the bar for a couple minutes while I waited. My food came out very quickly after sitting down, and once my food arrived, I was asked to leave. I was told sitting at the bar with my take out food “would not be fair to the other customers” and that I was “taking up space for other customers.”
Turns out you can’t even eat BWW food at BWW.
Absolutely outrageous.

I had the Happy Hour menu. Chips and salsa along with pretzel snacks. Washed down with strawberry margarita. Decent snacks for a quick bite and a chat of long time friend. The chips and salsa seemed fresh and tasty. The pretzel bites were surprisingly fresh baked. All in all good times.

It seems like BWW has really gone downhill since it was bought by the parent company of Arby’s. There was barely anyone in it and only the bar area was open. There was no one in the front area so we sat ourselves. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The food was ok. It’s not the fun atmosphere that it once was years ago. It has the feeling of a dying business. Sad to see.

Don’t fall for the free discount crap. Apparently alcohol purchases don’t count towards the minimum spend to get the free items, which is fine, but they don’t tell you that. So when your bill comes you end up paying for everything and not getting the discount. Shady to say the least.

I placed the order online at 11 to be ready and for pick up at 11:30pm. My husband got off work at 11:30 and when he got there. The order was not ready he had to wait another 30 mins till he got our food. All they could say was they didn’t know what happened and this is the second time it’s happened. We order lemon pepper, Parmesan, Asian zing and buffalo hot sauce. The lemon pepper didn’t have any seasoning and tasted just like a regular chicken strip. Definitely will be going to the San Ramon locations.

Loved our visit to Buffalo Wild Wings!! We had the honey sriracha and it was soooooo amazing, we had the burger and it was really juicy. Paired with the fries and ranch, just yum!!! The waitress was so helpful and checked if everything was okay with us. Would love to go back next time we’ll be in the area

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite chain restaurants, and this place is always has the best chicken wings and legs! Their ranch is also great! However, the most recent time I went to this restaurant I believe there was a very horrible vinegar smell however, but other than that it is a great place to eat wings, and enjoy football!

Good luck if they get your order wrong, this location REFUSES to answer the phone, I’m gonna keep trying until one of these zoomers picks up the ancient artifact known as a telephone. If I need another QR code or ai companion to get a smell of customer service I guess I’ll have to go in myself to get my money back
Edit – after 10 mins of no answers, I tried for a 24th time to call and now their phone isn’t even in service
Please don’t waste your time at this location, I undertand BWW is going under and losing locations, but this one will definitely be the next to fall off, Do NOT ORDER HERE they will mess it up and will not help you afterwards

I haven’t been to a buffalo wild wings in years and I wanted to give this place a chance because I love a good sports bar especially during football season. But this place just fails in every way imaginable. There is no host/greeter when you walk in..I went to the bar area and ordered a beer and an appetizer of “triple” dip and was given 3 salsas? How hard is it to get that right?..I figured the entree would make up for it, after ordering the buffalo chicken sandwich I realized that wasn’t the case..it was essentially one (small) chicken strip in between two
slices of bread..I’m not one to complain about prices, but 15$ for that small quantity seems a bit ridiculous..The bartender who seemed a bit lost in his duties couldn’t even get an orange slice for my blue moon?..He then checked on me maybe 2x in the almost 2:30 hrs I was there. I work with great bartenders everyday and I know even if it gets hectic they have the time to check on their guests..I guess this reminded me why I stayed away from BWW and won’t be returning. The only positive I can say about the place is it’s clean ♂️
