Staff seemed unhappy to help customers and unwilling to move faster than a snails pace. We felt it may be a result of having to work in such a filthy environment. The interior of the restaurant is disgusting and literally falling apart. Tiles missing from the walls, doors hanging off the soda machine area, menu boards are black, women’s toilets don’t flush, men’s toilet is rotted out, and the kitchen was dirty. Despite all this, we ordered food, as we weretravelingandin a hurry. After taking one nasty bite of my burger, I opened it up and flipped the patty over to find it was blackened to a crisp. This building needs a COMPLETE remodel. We will never return to this location (or Kearney location). BK is going down hill…sad to say

Found a cockroach in my drink when I went to dump the last bit in the sink!!! I eat here often but I wont be coming back after seeing that! You know them roaches are on the food too NO THANKS!!! It won’t let me post a picture or I’d post the Pic of the roach!!

This place has seen better days. The building itself is falling apart. Bathrooms gross, water damage all over the place in the dining room. Doors falling off cabinets by drink station, tiles missing from the order counter, panels missing from the ceiling, dead flies all over the window panes. Doesn’t look like anyone cares in this restaurant. Not sure how it passed a health inspection honestly.

Employees dont use gloves when handling the fries and this place is completely disgusting. The roof leaks alot and almost every table was dirty and the floors are gross. It looks like they clean the cooking surfaces from what I could tell but every other surface if gross, the camera by the front camera has built up dust bunnies on it. You could tell it was understaffed and im sure its because of the poor condition of the place and im sure that translates into bad management.

That was the filthiest place I have ever seen! 1:30 in the afternoon, no one in the dining room and every surface is dirty. I asked someone if they could clean some tables and she seemed annoyed but cleaned just the 2 I needed. Windows had not been cleaned in forever!! Place obviously hasn’t been updated at all!! Food was fresh and hot but with the filth of the area, we couldn’t eat it!!

Looks like this could be one of the first burger kings ever built. The building is in need of some major upgrades.

Buckets set up all over to collect rain from a leaky roof.
I was expecting terrible food. Not sure if it was my low expectations, but the Food was actually pretty good.
Maybe they are on to something. They lower your expectations and blow you away. Anything on a sesame seed bun paired with FRIES!
